"The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed 5 nights in this cottage for a softball tournament. It was great for us. Even the private backyard was perfect. Lori was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay from 2 nights to 5 nights. "

"This property is just beautiful. The main living area is very large and can accommodate people doing their own "thing" in different areas. Back deck is large and mostly private from neighbors. Would highly recommend."

"We had a great time! We had Nana Camp with my grandchildren ranging in age from 7-13. We loved the wildlife, weather, river, and all the provisions you supplied so we could make the most of everything. We tubed, kayaked, roasted marshmallows, played board games, sang, danced and fell exhaustedly to sleep each night."

"The Tiny House and adjacent Tuna Can propety was exactly as advertized and did not disappoint. The property was uber clean and confortable for our party of 3. Sherri was an informative and gracious hostess. Our work in Perry was smoother because of these outstanding accomodations."

"First pulling up on the property I was ready for a relaxing weekend. The 3rd floor porch was an outstanding spot to look over the river. The dock brings you right into the water. When you are looking at the house from the dock it looks like an estate. The neighbors were nice and helped with directions and closest stores. I recommend to get everything needed on the way in. "

"The history of the place made our stay even better. Got to see some military jets fly over and even caught some fish in the lake. We will book again. "

"The cleanliness and lovely view of the property were a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of this works! I loved the clear communications with the hostess along with the extras including coffee supplies and laundry pods. (The massage chair was awesome too!) "
