"This was actually my second booking at this hotel, and I’m happy to say the experience was just as good as the first time. The staff were, once again, incredibly friendly and helpful - they even allowed an early check-in, which I really appreciated. "Team of staff are attentive, professional and helpful. Shirley sun from house keeping has kept our stay very comfortable. She provides excellent service. The staff at the cafe during voco time gave us excellent service and we were about to order Chinese food to consume on top of our complimentary high team. The young man, can't remember his name at the counter could even recognize us as regular customer and help us with the menu our last day there."
