Luxury Vacation Custom Log Home, RESORT TYPE PROPERTY. “Remodeled Kitchen and dining room and added 4 new room this year 2025”. Cabin in its own mountains, almost 22 Acres of rolling hills and flat areas, FURNISHED, Fire place, AIRCONDITIONING and heating. Big private indoor Pool, (Pool can be heated to 85 degrees for $275 a day with min 2 days if you tell us a week in advance), 72 jet Jacuzzi to relax you. lots of ATV and Dirt Bike Trails, Great Hiking, Hundreds of fruit and shade trees and best scenery. Sleeps over 35 people, (extra guest charge after first 12) Surrounded by mountains and Wild life. All seasons. Total Privacy. You'll love the stay in the snow and in the Summer. All Kitchen appliances. Extra refrigerator in garage. Big screen TV. WIFI. A 3 person SAUNA.
Pets are welcome and there is a huge fenced off area for dogs to roam and play.
We are less than a mile from I-5 Freeway loand about 2 miles from the center of Frazier Park, Close to El Tejon Outlet mall and Close to Pyramid Lake and to the Hungry Valley recreational Vehicle Park and Mtn Pinos.
Three Camp Sites for tents. RV Electric hookup.
For more fun and entertainment we have a Recreational Hall that has: Billiard Pool Table, Ping Pong, Basketball Court, Arcade basketball, Air Hockey, Foosball and Trampoline.
During the snow season chains may be required.

Khalil Ranch was an excellent setting for our extended family to spend a long Thanksgiving weekend. Bedrooms are clean, spacious and beds are very comfortable. Living areas are large and comfortable. Pool, sauna, and hot tub are wonderful and got lots of use. Game room is a blast. Kitchen is on the small side but super well equipped. Location very close to several great mountain hikes. Highly recommended!

Overall the entire experience was excellent.The property is EXCELLENT, especially if you have a large family group that would include children (we did not, but we act like kids). The multiple "houses" where people can stay, the indoor pool, and the game room really make this place stand out. Check in instructions and directions were super clear and easy to follow. Sam is very responsive. Overall could not ask for better.

This house was awesome!! We had a team retreat and it was perfect! The host, Sam, is super kind, flexible and easy-going. The pool and hot tub were functioning and clean. The games in the garage were all functioning. There were enough beds for everyone, and they were all so comfy. 10/10 stay.

Property was the PERFECT location for our 50th Year Family Reunion

Overall, this was a 5-star PERFECT experience for our 50th year family reunion, comprising of all 40 people across 3 generation of ages spanning from 4 years old to 85 years old. The property offered amenities and facilities for every age group. There were sufficient rooms and beds to accomodate all members, the meeting areas inside and outsid were very useable. Having the exclusive mountain behind property for hiking as amazing as well. Last but not least, Mr. Sam, the property owner/manager was incredibly supportive before the check-in date to answer questions, arrange for a site visit, and provided additional information. He even was kind enough to accept delivery packages for us before we arrived and had it sitting in the garage waiting for us when we arrived. He made the entire preparation process smooth and seamless. Overall, everyone LOVED the property and we would very much love to host another event there in the future!!!

Overall this was an absolute perfect house for our family reunion. There was 35 people that stayed ant the house and we all slept comfortably. There was plenty of things to do around the property for the kids and beautiful sceneryall around us. Definitely coming back to the cabin!

Great Family Reunion

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The house was just as described. The communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would do next time is make sure the pool was heated. I thought that because it was summer time, there was no need for it, but I was wrong. The water was very cold. Other than that, everything was great.

Great for Our "Hiker Formal" Wedding

We rented Sam's home to host our family and close friends for my daughter's wedding reception. Everyone had plenty of space and slept comfortably. We used the patio for the wedding reception, and it was magical. Sam was flexible and very communicative, which is so important when hosting a wedding.

Subpar cleanliness and disappointing stay

We were excited by the listing for our weekend friends getaway but our experience at this house was very disappointing. The place was not clean: the showers were dirty full of scum and rust, and the jaccuzi had dirt and scum so we didn't feel comfortable going in it. The indoor pool was not heated- it turns out there was a fine print on the listing that we had to request it be heated well in advance for an additional fee, which would have been fine if it was better communicated to us. We discovered that a mouse found its way into the indoor pool- gross and was floating in the pool so that was a non use. The wifi also was not working when we arrived we could not connect our devices. I reached out to the manager and he was not helpful saying that it shows it was active on his end- which doesn't help if we can't connect. Finally the next day he sent an IT person to fix it but dealing with an IT person is not how I wanted to spend any portion of my trip. It took him an hour to do a temporary fix and he even commented that it was a poor connection. Would not recommend, especially for the price point.

A big place to play in a magical valley

This house is very large, with a lot of places to sleep- most are shared. There is a nice pool, the hot tub and sauna work great. The location is wonderful- quiet, away from the highway, and very dark at night. It's a great combination of close to LA and still very remote. The lack of neighbors is really nice as well. There are a couple working arcade games, ping pong, foosball, pool, and air hockey. The fire pit is great. The only drawbacks are a very small (but well stocked) kitchen, and the carpets and bathrooms are on the older side. There is a large grill which made up for the small kitchen. Aside from all that, this is a great property, and it was the perfect place for us to hold our event. Sam and the cleaning staff were friendly and did whatever it took to make sure we had what we needed.

Beautiful and large compound.

The area is so beautiful and felt like a real getaway for my family amd friends. Host was always so nice and quick to repond if we ever needed something. House honestly had just about everything we needed. If given the opportunity everyone that went would love to stay here again. They've already ask me for the booking link for future gatherings. Really loved the space.

Family Reunion

The log cabin was great for the number of people in our group. The biggest complaint was the lack of functioning air condiitioning in the bedrooms. The pool was heated and was throughly enjoyed. The game room was great for the teenagers. The log cabinn is a bit data and could have been cleaner. The outdoor pavillion was used for all of our meals

Almost luxury

Me and my siblings and our families got together for a weekend up here. We grew up here and appreciated the location and size of the cabin and the rooms. He allowed us to check in early and communicated with me throughout the weekend as issues came up. The game room is great, but most of the games seemed to be missing one or more essential pieces (not enough pool balls for a complete game of pool). One of the ac units in one of the rooms didn’t work and it was a hot weekend. The pool was great and the outside areas were enjoyed by everyone. Even the large tv was greatly enjoyed to watch Copa America on.unfortunately not all of the showers had hot water and the basketball court is not how it is shown in the pictures. All in all we had a great weekend. This place just needs a little maintenance.

Great Holiday

16 family members stayed and enjoyed everything the house had to offer. We didn’t use the pool as the temperature dropped to 36 degrees and didn’t pay extra to get pool heated but we had a great time. Entertainment for everyone at all times. From game room to outdoor swing, bonfire pit, huge tv to watch the game or a movie, sleeping quarters, extra tables, chairs and heat lamps, the house had everything we needed to make our family stay a success. Highly recommend this property.

Private secluded home

Great location, awesome views, privacy you have your own mountain. Lots to do around property, game room was a hit. Pool was awesome, hot tub with a view, good hiking, biking trails good communication with host. Sam was awesome fast responses. Would stay again in the future.

safety hazards ruined our stay.

My first impression was great. However, as our stay continued things got worse. It started with minor uncleanliness with dead bug in a fridge, no hot water in one of the showers, a green jacuzzi from day one, only one working smoke detector in the whole house, none upstairs, and apparent gas leak(s) to name a few. Then more serious issues came up with the electrical. The electricity in one of the upstairs rooms was completely not working all except the AC. My family members had to use camping lanterns and their phone flash lights to see at night. An electrical panel with exposed 240-volt wires near the children playground was the most concerning, poorly secured with a brick. GFIs In upstairs bathroom would not reset and was shorting out, Outlet in pool house was hanging out of box and exposed 120 volt wires to children. The BBQ didn’t work properly making it impossible to cook a proper meal for our family. The pool was seemingly dirty when we arrived, and we paid extra to heat the pool which didn’t get very warm for the 3 days we paid for. Compounding our frustrations, the owner was out of the country which made communication difficult for the more pressing safety issues. My family tried to make the best of stay, but it really ruined our experience having to deal with so many safety issues/ concerns not being addressed.
