At Lake Wenatchee where the Weekend Hideout home is located, almost any recreational activity you wish to enjoy is within reach. The cross-country skiing trails are within walking distance from the home.

WEEKEND HIDEOUT

This recently remodeled cabin features a large private sandy beach on the south shore of the beautiful Lake Wenatchee. There is a spectacular view of the lake on both the upper and lower decks.

The cabin offers a full kitchen, spacious enough for cooking up hideout snacks and meals! While you enjoy your good eats, you'll be able to look out the windows onto the lake.

Bring up to four of your loved ones, family or friends! Bring whoever you want to spend the weekend hiding out with.

The upper deck wraps round much of the cabin, and best of all, the lower deck is just 25 steps to the water's edge!

If you just need a day in, to relax and unwind that’s no problem either. Kick back and watch a movie, or curl up in front of the fire with a good book. Either way this is the place to get away from it all, hide out and relax.

Dogs are welcome with a standard per dog, per night fee.

Looking to enjoy a getaway in the Leavenworth area? You've come to the right place because our Lake Wenatchee properties are only a short 30-35 minute drive to downtown Leavenworth itself.

The Lake Wenatchee area has endless recreational activity options throughout all four seasons. If you decide to stay with us, you'll have the opportunity to explore and adventure around the lake and throughout the towering timbers.

During the Summer, there are bird watching, fishing, boating & rafting and trail hiking opportunities. The warm weather brings wild life all out so take the opportunity to explore the area.

The colder months of Winter allow for skiing, snow shoeing, as well as ice fishing & skating adventures.

No matter what time of the year you decide to visit, the scenic views are to die for.

As we stated earlier, you're also a short drive away to downtown Leavenworth where the Bavarian culture and spirits exist. You can enjoy a variety of events throughout the year such as Oktoberfest, the flowering Maifest or the Christmas lighting and caroling during December.

We know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some, while others know their way around it. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties are up to high quality standards.

We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking.

We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.

It was very peaceful here. The lake was quiet and beautiful. We arrived late and it was challenging to find the cabin in the dark. I recommend trying to arrive before dark. The cabin was very clean. It does need some minor repairs but overall, we had a very nice stay.

Wonderful little cabin with everything we needed! If you're seeing this, book it directly through the Leavenworth Getaways rental website and you'll save some money. Wish we had known that, but it's ok.We loved the little beach, and spent our afternoon swimming and hanging out. Plenty of fans in the rental to keep air circulating, but we ended up sleeping down on the twin beds with our toddler in his Pack-n-Play since it was nice and cool downstairs, but warmer upstairs (middle of July). Some toys and books for kids, but I'm glad we brought our own. I brought a toddler gate to use on the stairs, but we also made a barrier with two of the heavy dining chairs, which worked great to keep our little guy away from the stairs. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Getaway!

Loved the property and quietness of the area. Bathrooms and sleeping areas nicely appointed with plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Kitchen well stocked. Only thing I think could use some improvement is to have more comfortable furniture in the living room. Another thing I would note is this property would not be good for those with mobility issues. Getting up/down the steps to the front door or to the lake would not be easy for someone with mobility difficulties. It was not an issue for my family but when we travel with the grandparents these are things I like to know.

Great property, rental company lacking

This property and location was amazing. Quaint cabin, beautiful view great beach front. However, we did have some serious drawbacks to our trip at this location. When we arrived the property had not been cleaned whatsoever despite speaking with someone on the day of check in who specifically said someone was there cleaning. Dog hair everywhere, garbage spilling over, dishes unwashed, sheets/towels dirty… we called the after hours line and left a message, no one ever got back to us. It took multiple calls in the morning to reach someone. They did eventually send someone to clean and refunded the cleaning fee only which I didn’t really feel was adequate compensation for our time lost on the trip. Despite all that, the property itself was so awesome I would consider booking here again hoping this was a one off.

This place is truly a hidden treasure. The lake and it's view from the cabin is simply breathtaking. The privacy, save for a rather daring raccoon that likes to attempt to get into the trash bins at night, was also an added bonus. We can't say enough of how much we loved this cabin! This was our honeymoon stay, and we hope to spend a few anniversaries here as well! To the owners, Thank you!

Sweet weekend away

This cabin was a great weekend stay. We attended Oktoberfest in Leavenworth and the home was a quick 25 minute beautiful drive to town. We also spent time in the nearby Lake Wenatchee park hiking and exploring along the lake. Great stay with so much beauty to see all around, definitely recommend!

Great Lakehouse!

Perfect location with a beautiful beach! My only problem was that their is a cable hanging off the old dock and my dog got stuck in it and almost drowned. I had to jump into to save her. An update to the dock or removal should be done to ensure the safety of future guest.

Cabin on Lake Wenatchee

We had a very pleasant stay for three nights with our dog. It was close enough to Leavenworth for a mid-day excursion, and we were able to hike and swim. Great location and exactly as advertised.

A luttle slice of Heaven

This place was awesome. Quite. There were no occupants in the cabins next door. Very relaxing. The dog had a blast swimming in the lake. Hubby caught a fish. Did some good hiking. An amazing vacation. 👏 the place is not new, but it was VERY clean! Loved everything about it.

45th Anniversary

The property was great!! A fantastic view of the lake and mountains. The lake was glass flat the whole stay. Sunny days and crisp fall temps The cabin was great. We enjoyed the quirky design and how comfortable the house was. Had everything to make our stay great. Lots of stairs but it was wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again.
