"Check-in was quick and easy, and the woman at the front desk was genuinely kind and welcoming—easily the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the positives stopped there. The property itself feels very dated, with a rough entrance and parking lot. There were feral cats roaming the area, and it appeared that some long-term residents were frequently gathered outside. "This is the loudest hotel I've ever been in. Doors slamming, banging all day lo g, being woke up 7 in the morning by banging. When the front desk was askabout all the loud banging I was told we have to listen to it all day as well. Ummm, no!! The carpets was very stained with black sticky stuff, our feet stuck to the carpet. Definitely needs some deep cleaning of the carpet."

"My favorite place to go when I'm in Longview since I have pets. Miss April is the best! They're always welcoming, always helpful, always friendly. If you have any needs they always try to accommodate! On site laundry, 2 restaurants on the surrounding property, a daiquiri shop, grocery and convenience stores, bars, and other food options, all within waking distance. Always my go to place... 100% Highly recommend."

"First room 222 the door didn’t lock and window could be slide open from inside second room the inside door handle was broken the people ubove me were loud and disrespectful office didn’t do nothing about it and wouldn’t refund my money also has bed bugs and roaches "

"Staff was great! Other comments: We reserved an accessible room and it was in a different part of the building with a elevator all the way past the event center. How does that make sense for the mobility impaired? Room was fine, clean, but needed updates. Towels were like sandpaper."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, air worked great in room, breakfast was good. Easy to get too and there is a driveway to the back of Walmart and Sam’s so that it is easy to get to those if you need something. "
