"The owner/manager was extremely accommodating. They don’t have an elevator which could be a problem for older people or someone with a lot or heavy luggage. You can tell a family lives here and the only problem I had with that was the overwhelming smell from their cooking."

"I will never stay at the western inn and suites in Osage, Iowa again. The people that was running the hotel weren't friendly at all.
