"Very close to Santa Lucia Venice train station 3 min walking, shopping restaurant water taxi nearby, hotel clean, staff friendly especially Raeffel he was able to accommodate our upgrade room thanks so much, buffet breakfast is decent, good enough for breakfast. "This was a great spot close to public transit into Venice. The rooms and building were very clean. Staff was very accommodating (holding luggage before/after) and kind. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable (very flat pillows) and a few more amenities (no shampoo/conditioner, only body wash) ..."
