It has a surface area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 23 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace of approximately 13 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are available at an additional cost. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, Krups coffee machine, and more
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A shared swimming pool of approximately 80 m² (unheated) open from May to the end of September, enclosed with a security badge
- A 13 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's two private parking spaces (one underground and one above ground).
