This luxury studio is located in a stunning location, literally 50 m away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, ST CLAIR.
Amazing views, Comfort and Design.
The access to the beach is made directly from the garden, as are the local shops, restaurants, private beaches and bar. The studio itself is located on the ground floor of a charming residence with private and secure parking. Recently renovated, it offers most modern equipments: flat screen TV, washing machine, internet, dishwasher, oven- microwave, electrical WEBER barbecue, air conditioner ,garden, tennis court, bikes(on request). The garden terrace (35m2) is a haven of peace. South facing, it's perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying lovely meals and barbecues.This charming studio comes with a fully equipped bathroom (shower)including a power shower and washing machine and a towel heater.
The modern kitchen offers a complete equipment an oven-microwave, induction cooking plates, fridge-freezer, Nespresso and coffee machine, electrical tea-pot, toaster... All necessary cutlery and linen (bed, pillow, shower, kitchen) are provided.
The garden terrace includes a thick table with four chairs and a sun shade. Also a 'weber' electrical barbecue is provided. There are two sun lounges with mattresses.
There is a brand new tennis court (front), and to the rear of the building is located the parking areas as well as the clothes lines. Also, to the rear of the building is access to your local grocery shop (English papers etc).
The entrance to the property is secured by an electric gate.
The studio is 50 meters from the beach, 100 meters from the shops and 100 meters from the restaurants.

Description continued: Above all the main attraction is that the car is not needed due to it is an amazing location. If you are sporty it's ideal. A tennis court is available. Biking is great due to the wealth of paths and tracks as is jogging. The bay offers great wind surfing and surfing. Swimming and diving are also on your doorstep. The nearest golf course is 20mins away by car. If you after a peaceful, effortless holiday everything is catered for with several great restaurants only a stone throw away, as well as all of the above. You will also appreciate the calmness of the terrace ideal for reading or just relaxing in the sun.

Description continued ll: The studio is located in St clair which is part of the commune of the Lavandou. Le Lavandou is 40mins away from St Tropez and 40mins away from Toulon by car. Le Lavandou is a charming Provençal town located 15 mins away by foot.

So, if you are looking after a unique place for a romantic holiday, a relaxing break or an action packed time, this studio flat should be ideal.

Well-Equipped, Thoughtfully Designed Apartment in a Perfect Location

We spent five nights in this small but very well-organized apartment and were overall very satisfied. The location is excellent – quiet, yet close to everything. While we didn’t need all of the available amenities, we appreciated how well equipped the apartment was. The washing machine was especially useful, and having a terrace to sit outside, a tennis court nearby, and a parking space right at the door were definite advantages.The bed is a sofa bed, which was fine for a short stay. Despite its compact size, the space is used efficiently and smartly. In summer, when life mostly happens outdoors, it’s more than sufficient.Communication with the host via email was quick, smooth, and unobtrusive. A pleasant and practical place for a summer stay in Le Lavandou.

Vacanza breve ma al TOP !

L'appartamento ha reso fedelmente quanto proposto nell'annuncio. L'arredamento e gli accessori della casa sono nuovi, di qualità e ben funzionanti. Si è notata la cura anche nei minimi particolari. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere a piedi la deliziosa spiaggia St. Clair ed i ristoranti. Il giardino ed il parcheggio privati arricchiscono il piacevole soggiorno.

Ideal location

The apartment is small but beautifully appointed. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of storage room for two people. Very comfortable foid down bed - easy to deal with. Long private patio. However separation from the adjoining patio is inadequate. Inconsiderate noisy and talkative neighbours, as we had, can ruin an idyllic setting.

EXCEPTIONNEL

Location exceptionnel : studio de grand standing, super bien agencé et totalement équipé (lave vaisselle silencieux, lave linge...), chaleureux, fonctionnel, avec un rez-de-jardin très appréciable (barbecue, transat, salon de jardin...). Tout est étudié pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Il n'y a rien de négatif, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Merci mille fois pour l'accueil exceptionnel.

Erholsame Entspannung direkt neben Strandtrubel

Schöne, abgesicherte Reihenhausanlage, mit Parkplatz, Garten, Tennisplatz. Nur wenige Meter zum schönen Strandsand von Saint Clair. Hübsche recht kleine, aber saubere Wohnung, Bad mit Waschmaschine, neue Küche mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Nachbarn sitzen auf der umfassend möbliertenTerrasse (Gartentisch, Stühle, Liegen, Gartensofa, neuer Weber-Elektrogrill ...) recht eng daneben, aber durch Bepflanzung blickdicht abgeschirmt und für uns absolut nicht störend. Wir empfanden die sichere Abgeschiedenheit in direkter Nachbarschaft zum quirligen Strandleben sehr angenehm und abwechslungsreich. Einzig die W-LAN Verbindung hat etwas geschwächelt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auch gerne wieder.
