The villa, spread over 2 levels, overlooks the entire Diamant bay and its sumptuous rock.

You are located 3 minutes walk from the splendid Diamant beach, shops, restaurants and the local market.

In an authentic setting, you will spend an unforgettable vacation!

This atypical villa is divided into 2 dwellings communicating with each other by an external staircase and which you can also rent separately:
- "Kaz Flots bleus" below with 4 beds: ref 1666845
- "Between sky and sea" at the top of 4 to 6 beds: ref 1627780

This is the announcement of the entire villa.

The top of the villa benefits from a magnificent terrace with a breathtaking view of the entire Diamant bay.
This one, fully furnished, allows you to take your meals with your family facing the sea and relax in its outdoor lounge area.

From the terrace you will access the kitchen and the living area.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hobs, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) and opens onto the living room and the terrace.

The living room has an indoor lounge where you can relax and a 140/190 sofa bed.

It distributes the 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, cupboards, air conditioning, as well as the bathroom and its toilets with its sea view.

An external staircase will bring you to the garden level.

The accommodation at the bottom is composed at the bottom of a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, combined microwave oven ...) which opens onto the terrace and its extraordinary view over the whole bay Diamond and its famous rock.
The terrace will welcome you for your meals in small groups if you wish and for moments of relaxation with its seating area facing the sea.

From the kitchen, you will access the spacious and pleasant master bedroom (queen size bed, wardrobe closet, air conditioning) and a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC.

From the terrace, you will take the covered gallery delimited by its body rail to access the secondary bedroom.
This, smaller and more comfortable, opens onto a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. It presents itself as a loft where the 2 spaces communicate freely.

A second outdoor space, not covered, allows you to enjoy the sun and brings you into the garden where you can use the barbecue or the plancha to grill your fish or fresh lobster ...

The pool, its deck and deckchairs await you to relax facing the sublime Diamond Bay!

You will be lulled by the sound of the waves, accompanied by the song of a few roosters and the bells of the neighboring Church.

The beach is accessible on foot in just 3 minutes, as are the shops, restaurants and the local market.

Des vacances de rêve face au Diamant

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques ! Partis à trois générations, nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'organisation des différents espaces de la maison ! La vue est splendide ! Kensy a repondu à toutes nos attentes avec rapidité et professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location

Très bon sejour

Maison très agréable bien agencée pour famille - belle terrasse pour profiter d’une vue magnifique - piscine parfaite pour les enfants car peu profonde - Très bon accueil de la part de Kensy - « seul hic » indépendant de la location, car du au voisinage … des coqs très matinaux ! ils nous ont permis de nous lever tôt et de profiter de longues journées …

Superbe vue sur le Diamant

Maison très bien située au Diamant. La vue est splendide, la terrasse très agréable. La magnifique plage du Diamant est à 3 minutes à pied, avec commerces et restaurants.

Excellent séjour

Agréable logement avec trois espaces distincts, idéal pour une famille avec de jeunes adultes. Barbecues à disposition. Cuisine bien équipée. Vue magnifique sur la baie du Diamant. Les photos sur la plateforme sont à l’image de la réalité. La propriétaire est sympathique et très arrangeante. Que du positif pour nous !
