"I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay, which was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon arrival, my key card did not work, and I was left struggling with heavy bags. I attempted to call the front desk, but it took an excessive amount of time just to be transferred. Once transferred, I was left waiting on hold with elevator music for so long that I eventually gave up and went downstairs myself. When I arrived at the front desk, I found an employee restocking the snack...

"Parking, location, & price are the only wins. The property is run down. Room was not the cleanest, everything needs updating & a new paint job, heat took forever to kick in, & the one sheet/light duvet was really not helpful for the current temps & iffy heat. Will not be staying here again, but it was good for the pinch I was in."

"There were not towels in the room when I arrived. I had to go to the lobby to get some. There was also no hangers to hug my clothes 😞. A little disappointed about that but everything else was good. I will definitely stay there again. It's my 4th time staying at this hotel "

"Please, place the dinning/coffee tables in the lobby or in the guests rooms. Your guests are not the horses to drink your awesome coffee beverages on their feet!"
