"This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The main spaces had no air conditioning, the pool was shut down for maintenance, and the entire place smelled musty and damp. It was dark and dingy and overall a miserable experience."

"Great breakfast Friendly staff comfy beds A/C leaked all over the floor, soaked carpet, wet socks, but we didn't want to move rooms or have HVAC guy in all day so we lived with it No maid service in 5 day stay, due to miscommunication, but no effort to fix."
