"It was okay. Advertising,That you have a sauna and steam room to use is great way to trick people booking. But when you get there it’s only for paying treatments or day pass for 60 a person. So booking this for a birthday present for my daughter thinking she could have some nice amenities was a very big disappointed. Also considering the price I payed to stay there. I come to Boston often. I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Staff was friendly, lobby was clean and nice, room was older but okay, The bathtub was a nightmare! Constant running water, a painted surface that had been painted and came off! The black may be mold, it doesn't come off, white chemicals from the constant dripping of the water. Heater worked, very old. Free breakfast was sparse. Good make your own waffle. Coffee was luke warm. No microwave, there was one in your room but no coffee maker. Overall, not horrible except the tub"

"We stayed for only 4-5 hours, left before 3 AM to stay ahead of a storm. The hotel was easy to locate and it was easy to park our moving truck. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the medium size refrigerator that had a freezing compartment. Staff was friendly and efficient. "

"The staff were great. Good ambience. Unfortunately , nothing in the breakfast menu except bread, Bagel and cereal. No coffee, water in the evening. Good tv entertainment. Hot shower felt good. Bed was a little too soft for my liking. I prefer a firm bed due to body pain. There's no way to request a firmer bed in any hotel, I believe. There's only one diner within 10 minutes of walking distance where there's no sidewalks and with dangerous traffic on the road. "

"We had a spill on the floor and when we wiped it up, the cloths were black. That is how dirty the floor was. Sheets and beds were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no coffee pot available in our room."

"Would not allow me to obtain a room because I lived too close to the hotel. Forget about a staycation. Given that information at the last minute (check in) it was impossible to get a different room for the necessary time frame on such short notice. This was a disappointment as Best Western was always a go to for a staycation. "
