"We had a great stay for SMU graduation ceremonies. The property was only 7-8 miles from campus (20 min drive). All of the amenities were as described. We loved the pool, the hot tub and the games inside. There were plenty of sleeping options with the 4 bedrooms. The host has a nice coffee bar set up with lots of Keurig choices. The kitchen is well stocked as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, hence the warnings about the quiet hours. It was not an issue for our group. We would definitely stay...

"Home is close proximity to many places in Dallas, it is also very close to DART (public transportation) station, so don’t be alarmed by the number of homeless individuals. They do not bother anyone, but know they are there. Neighborhood is quiet for how it looks! House was as advertised and it was clean. Property manager easy to interact with and quick to respond. Fan in one of the rooms didn’t work, as the remote was missing, so it was a little warm in that room. Kitchen could use a few more...

"We loved the pool and deck area so much! Pool gets stuff blown into sometimes from surrounding trees, but it’s easy to net them out and the pool is routinely cleaned by a service who did a great job when they came while we were staying the week there. Beds were comfy, place felt clean and fresh, and we had all our questions quickly answered by our host who was so kind. Definitely recommend :)"

"The pictures and the actual property were complete opposites. The bathtub in the master bathroom did not drain properly. There was white dog hair on the blankets, towels, and couch. The ceiling was peeling, the house had an unpleasant odor, and the lighting throughout the rooms was very dim."

"House is very nice with a modern farmhouse look with tons of open space and towering ceilings. Neighborhood is vintage downtown with a mix of older homes and several updated homes, like this one. Be mindful that the driveway is downhill and very short so two cars fit very awkwardly, and tightly, but they can fit. We had an SUV and truck fit. Any other cars must park on the narrow street in front of the house. House had PLENTY of basic amenities that other VRBOs tend to be stingy on - toilet...
