It is located on the Italian Riviera. Elegantly restored and furnished stone house of 80 sq.m plus a terrace and garden of 50 sq.m. There are breathtaking views of the Tigullio Gulf from Portofino to Sestri Levante. It is in a unique setting surrounded by secular olive trees with private access to the propriety. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room with washing machine, and a cloakroom.
It is within minutes from all main tourist ports and 45 min from Genoa International Airport. It is ideal for boating and yachting activities. Its capacity is for 4 people (max 5). It has 3 parking spots, a fully equipped kitchen with all comfort, central heating, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, telephone, and fireplace.

Ligurian Riviera, in Santa Giulia area, is an elegantly restored and furnished stone house of 80 sq.m plus a furnished terrace of 50 s.qm. It is surrounded by olive groves and boasts a breathtaking view of the Tigullio Gulf from Portofino to Sestri Levante. Peace and privacy are guaranteed since the moment you enter the private driveway of the property. It is located a few minutes away from main tourists’ ports for maritime activities and 45 km away from Genoa Airport.
Its capacity is for 4 people (max 5). It has 3 parking spots, a fully equipped kitchen with all comfort, fireplace, telephone, TV, washing machine, and Wi-Fi.

Wunderschöner Ort mit Weitblick

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Ligurien. Das Ferienhaus liegt abgeschieden in einem Olivenhain über Lavagna, wo wir ruhige Strandtage verbracht und von wo aus wir Touren mit dem Zug in verschiedene Richtungen (Cinque Terre, Genua…) gestartet haben. Aber das für uns Schönste war der Blick vom Haus aufs Mittelmeer: Man gewöhnt sich nicht daran und staunt immer wieder ein bisschen über diese Weite…

Le logement est très bien situé et au calme, nous avons pu aller dans le village à pied avec nos enfants ( entre 20mn et 30mn). La vue est magnifique. Idéal pour visiter les alentours. Plage familiale de Sant Anna très bien à 15mn.Au niveau du logement il faut revoir les moustiquaire, et l’heure de prise de logement. Il y a le nécessaire pour cuisiner (casseroles, poêles, assiettes etc…). Nous avions besoin d’un étendoir à linge, le lendemain on nous en a déposé un.

PERFETTO!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche verbracht Eine fantastische Sicht bis Portofino. Die Villa ist wie auf den Fotos, das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett trennt ein Vorhang zur unteren Etage. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat eine Tür zur unteren Etage und zum Badezimmer hin. Es ist alles da was man braucht und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Verweilen, die Liegestühle für eine Siesta im Schatten des Olivenbaums ideal. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY

No directions and hard to find. No house information. We had to buy basic items for the kitchen. To add insult, they charged us an extra 341, claiming we damage the stone floor when we moved an outdoor lounge chair 10 feet.

Astonishing view

This lovely original landhouse is located on a hill where you have an astonishing view on the sea and the coast. You can do lovely walks from there and also down to the village (about 20 minutes). The beach is clean and beautiful. Chiavari and Sestre Levante are places with good restaurants.

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Ausblick

Der erste Eindruck: Eine traumhafte Auffahrt zu einem liebevoll restaurierten Steinhaus inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Die Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick über die Bucht bis hin nach Portofino und am Abend wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort zu zweit sehr wohl gefühlt. Anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben gibt es im Haus keine eingebaute Klimaanlage (mobile Geräte müssen eigenständig "montiert" und in Betrieb genommen werden) und auch keine Außendusche. Da wir mit offenen Fenstern geschlafen haben, hat uns nachts der Lärm der Züge, den man trotz einiger Entfernung sehr stark gehört hat, gestört. Trotzdem haben wir uns gut erholt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir waren von 10. - 24. August 2024 in Lavagna

Huis en locatie waren geweldig. Airco in het hele huis was fijn geweest. Was nu toch wel erg warm. Contact met de host was heel goed. Topweek gehad!

Alles schön, aber keine echte Klimaanlage!

Die Fotos sind korrekt, es ist zauberhaft gelegen und der Ausblick wirklich atemberaubend. Das Haus ist schön und die Terrasse ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Erst als wir beanstandeten, dass wir eine echte die Temperatur regulierende Klimaanlage erwartet hätten, von Anfang an, weil es so angegeben ist, wendete sich das Blatt. Offenbar verstehen die Vermieter unter Klimaanlage etwas anderes als wir. Wegen circa 35 Grad im Haus konnten wir leider nicht bleiben. Das Angebot einer mobilen anderen Anlage kam zu spät. Wenn kein Luftzug spürbar ist, müsste jeder Raum zu klimatisieren sein.

Geniale Lage, super Grundstück mit eigener Auffahrt. Haus ok, Vermieter passt. Haus leider nicht für 5 Personen ausgelegt, in die Jahre gekommen. Einige kleinere Mängel. Keine fest verbaute Klimaanlage.

Herrliche Ruhe

wir haben die Ruhe, den wunderschönen Ausblick von der Terrasse und das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und nett. Sie wäre jederzeit erreichbar gewesen, war jedoch nicht nötig weil alles prima war. Lavagna ist ein nettes, kleines Örtchen mit einem schönen Wochenmarkt, ein paar kleinen Restaurants und Cafés und einigen Lidi die mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten bequem zu erreichen sind. Wir waren schon etwas traurig als unsere Ferien vorbei waren und möchten unbedingt wieder kommen! Franco & Heike

Mooi, maar zeer warm verblijf

Het huis is prachtig gelegen. Toen wij er zaten was het alleen erg warm en dan is het huis ook erg warm. Er zijn een mobiele airco en twee ventilatoren aanwezig, maar daar krijg je het huis niet koel mee. Verder is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Het strand is op 5 minuten met de auto. Het strand was niet heel druk. Verder zijn er genoeg leuke dingen te doen in deze prachtige omgeving.

What.A.View!

The house is lovely. The view stunning! The house was a little hard to find but Rodolfo was very patient guiding us to the property. We walked to Lavagna once. It is a half an hour walk. You can take the path to the left when you go out the gate and follow red arrows. We visited Genova, which was fantastic! (Take the train!) Buy the focaccia near the cathedral in Lavagna. It is the best. Coffee (cappuccino €1,50) at the gelateria in front of the city hall at Vico Palestro. Fantastic granite as wel… Don’t forget to visit Chiavari. We went there our last day and wished we had gone to earlier. Also the beaches in Chiavari where the best. Lovely market in the evening… and the best sushi at restaurant Kyomi:) for a very good price We read something about olive oil produced by the owner of the house but unfortunately last years production was low and we could not buy it. Only thing that was a little less was the noise coming from party’s near the sea. Our last night there was a techno party till about 02.30… You will love your stay in Lavagna! We surely did!

Traumhafte Aussicht

Das nette kleine Ferienhaus liegt hervorragend am Hang, sodass man eine herrliche Aussicht aufs Meer und die Umgebung genießen kann. Es ist absolut ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, der Vermieter hilfsbereit. Von Lavagna aus kann man wunderbar die Orte an der Küste mit dem Zug erreichen.

Das Haus ist perfekt: - eine tolle und ruhige Lage in einem Olivenhain mit einem grandiosen Blick - geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet - wunderbare Umgebung - ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge (Wanderwege direkt vom Haus aus, netter Weg nach Lavagna, gute Zugverbindungen von Lavagna aus), wir haben das Auto in unserer Urlaubswoche nicht einmal benutzt. - ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter

Ein wunderschöner Ort

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus und die Familie, die es vermietet, nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr schön. In ca. 30 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Lavagna ( Heimweg circa 40min ) und Ligurien ist einfach nur schön! Portofino ist sehenswert aber Sestri Levante ist der Hammer! Übrigens ist Portofino und Genua perfekt per Zug zu erreichen… Falls jemand noch zögert…einfach buchen!

Great house and location

We had a wonderful week with our 2 children here. The house has a fantastic view of the sea and is located on a quiet private road so it felt very safe and secluded. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was a great place for meals with a view. The local towns of Lavagne and Sestri Levante provided plenty of shops and restaurants and we were able to do a boat trip to Portofino and a day trip to Lucca in Tuscany. Highly recommended. We will return!
