"The house was very nice, and clean. It is in the newer part of Fort Smith and quite peaceful. We had a small problem with the security “beeping” (due to an earlier power outage) when we first arrived, but when I made the issue known, Adeel had it handled promptly. Was easy to communicate with her. Good experience!"

"Walk into a clean, beautiful kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room with AMAZING views of Lake Fort Smith. I loved that the master bedroom was on the complete opposite side of the house. Laundry area was the perfect size! Spent a lot of relaxing time on the porch with our coffee, taking in the EXCEPTIONAL views. Peaceful and inviting. "We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! We appreciated the thoughtfulness that the owner obviously put into the cabin. Waiters for the nearby river for fishing hung on a rack, hot chocolate, snacks, candy and popcorn were on the counter, you can tell they care. The location was so peaceful and quiet! The hot tub on the back porch was our favorite part - it was the perfect spot to watch the sun rise. I saw a few mention the loft being hot, and it seemed they had installed an ac upstairs to help...

"Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! "

"This property is absolutely amazing. The owner takes a lot of pride in their property and love. When I walked in there was gentle music playing and smelled amazing. Almost like walking into a spa. Spacious and decorated beautifully. Check out process was a breeze. Not a laundry list of items to do before leaving. If I have the opportunity I will definitely be returning! "
