We were there for our honeymoon and got the biggest surprise from the hotel staff at our room, we had champagne, rose petals and a beautiful note. "Hotel Graal is a nice hotel, a short distance downhill from the town center. My room was small but nice. (room 507) I had a great view but no balcony. The pool was lovely and the bar had live music, which was a plus. The breakfast is unbelievable. It was a large spread and delicious. This was a definite bonus! I would stay here again!"

"This place was incredible! It's located right by the central train station and Metro, making this an ideal location for anyone looking to travel through Naples or throughout Italy. The rooms are so quiet, and the view of Mount Vesuvius is phenomenal. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. We only paid for breakfast one morning (it was not included in our nightly fee so we paid separately), but the breakfast was great and worth the price. The room was very clean and spacious for two people....

"Incredible location. Clean and more modern than other hotels, but still has the unique charm of mosaic details. The staff is beyond helpful and kind, they made each day feel that much more special. My girlfriend and I loved staying here and highly recommend! Very easy to visit Positano, Amalfi, Capri, etc. by boat. The hotel even arranged a car service for us which made getting to and from the tram seamless. "

"We really enjoyed Hotel Panorama and would absolutely stay here again. It's the perfect location as you can walk to most things (the port for the ferry, shopping, restaurants.) The roof top breakfast had a good variety and- to our surprise- one of the better dinners we had. And the view! The rooms were clean, well maintained, and had great AC. The front desk staff was really helpful, especially over email as we planned our stay and had questions. We rented chairs and umbrellas through the front...
