"It is a beautiful home right on the coast. We woke up to the sounds of birds and the waves crashing on the rocks. During the day we saw macaws and spider monkeys in the trees in front of the house. We had Rafa cook for us and his meals were a highlight of our vacation, however the kitchen has a modern stove and refrigerator so you could easily buy groceries in puerta jiminez and cook for yourself. "Nice large property on a beautiful piece of land. Very easy check in and the easiest check out process out there. The house was clean and aired out, no musty smells! Kitchen very well equipped, beds were comfortable and spaces were large and airy. We loved the pool. It was the BEST part of the stay! I'd stay here again hands down."

"We had an great stay at this beautiful cottage near Corcovado National Park! The location is stunning, and the adventure begins with the 4x4 road—it’s part of the experience and well worth it. The house is clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.Joel was a fantastic host, even going out of his way to pick up a few items for us from Puerto Jiménez—so appreciated! "Our experience in this amazing house in this special place in Pavones exceeded the expectations of all 8 friends who were there. We enjoyed the contact with nature, the pool that is always very well looked after, the ice bath and the table tennis court, in addition to the other comforts it offers. We had a lot of fun and will be back soon. Thank you Billy and Naomy for welcoming us so well. We felt right at home. See you soon."

"Generally positive experience. The house was not as isolated as we anticipated. In fact there was a fair amount of traffic on the rough road behind. Lots of bird life - especially macaws. "We really enjoyed our stay with JD. The property is beautiful and peaceful and in a great location . The room was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom set up was one of the nicest I’ve seen in Costa Rica.
