"The room was filthy. The floors were dirty. The baseboard around the bathroom had about a half an inch of crud on it. Hair behind the bathroom door. There was piece of toilet paper thrown behind the bathroom door. Just not my idea of a high-quality hotel.."

"Property was very clean and breakfast was excellent. A bit of a struggle checking in at the front desk. It took way too long for the key. Approximately 10 minutes to complete the process. No reason that it should take that long. Nothing else was going on and nobody else was in the area."
