This elegant, three-bedroom stay offers a comfortable and memorable visit to Launceston, with a recent refresh ensuring that every room is thoughtfully appointed with everything you need and nothing you don`t.



The townhouse is on three levels. The entry level includes the secure garage, first bedroom, work desk, laundry and seperate WC. Follow the stairs up to the heart of this welcoming apartment which includes the lounge area, where a generous sofa provides the perfect spot to relax and watch TV or chat with loved ones. The windows create a sense of spaciousness and maximise natural light and surrounding well estblished trees. The split-system air-conditioning will keep everyone comfortable year-round.



Prepare meals in the kitchen and dine in the seperate dining area. You’ll find all the essentials needed to cook up a feast, including a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, as well as other basics such as pots, pans and utensils - everything needed to enjoy dining at home.



Follow the second set of stairs to the spacious and elegantly appointed second and third bedrooms, both featuring a queen-size bed, as does the downstairs bedroom.



The bathroom is also located on the second floor and includes a bath offering the opportunity to indulge in a relaxing soak, plus all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer.



Other conveniences include Wi-Fi and laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.



During your stay, you and your group will have the entire townhouse to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

I`m not always able to personally check the house before your arrival - I am heavily reliant on my housekeeper and I need to know as soon as possible if you and therefore I have been let down in any way by the presentation of Tookenburg Townhouse.



With cafe`s located pretty much at your door step you will also enjoy the proximity to Launceston`s premier specialty grocer - Alps and Amici where you can purchase Tasmania`s finest produce. It`s also a stone’s throw away to Launceston City Park, and you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to delicious brunch options. Also it is less than 10 minutes’ walk, to the Launceston Aquatic And Leisure Centre where you can enjoy many activities and a swim in the either indoor or outdoor pools.



All the attractions of Launceston are within easy reach, including Cataract Gorge, The Queen Victoria Museum and Gallery, and the vibrant Harvest Community Farmers` Market, held on Saturdays.

Launceston is the gateway to the stunning wine trails of the Tamar Valley, and around two hours` drive from Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park – home to the world-famous Overland Track.
