  • Purpose built in 2017 this 3 bedroom townhouse was designed to complement and overlook the existing family vineyard, olive grove and extensive garden and rural landscape with views to the Western horizon..
    Take a 3 minute stroll to the Village hub to find The Village Inn, bottle shop, convenience store, post office, cafe, bakery and hairdresser.
    Central Launceston is a stressless 10 minute drive and Launceston Airport a pleasant drive only 15 minutes away.
    A practical home base to mountain biking mecca at Derby, wine routes, all major attractions around Launceston and Tamar Valley.
    A 10 minute walk will take you to the picturesque Picnic Ground on the North Esk River with barbecue and swimming.
    The townhouse has a level easy access from the road with multiple parking options at the rear.

A celebration stay

Arriving at Litoria & meeting Rikki who is delightful & entering the guest house was breathtaking, everything you wish for is here for a getaway. My husband & i had our Ruby Wedding anniversary here & the location was close to everything we wanted. With be visiting again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Our host was great. The location was beautiful. Stayed 2 weeks. Would certainly look up this location again and stay. The picture of the home does not do justice to the beauty of the home. Tasmania is definitely a place to vacation! Thanks to Rikki and Chris.

Sunny and Welcoming

Lovely spacious modern unit with wonderful ambiance. Rikki is an amazing host and it was wonderful to have vegetables and fruit from the garden and drink their lovely wine. This was our fourth stay and we will continue to stay when we come to Launceston area if possible.

Wonderful. Stunning. Sheer Luxury.

Our stay at Litoria Garden Guest House was the highlight of our trip to Tasmania. The property is truly stunning and luxurious, spacious and so comfortable! We especially loved the location and quietness of the neighbourhood as well. Rikki and Chris are the most wonderful caring owners, so welcoming, warm and friendly, and very generous. Amazing property, with a fantastic view and owners

This place is immaculate. Very modern with a beautiful view. Makes you feel right at home. Rikki is amazing. We had a late flight and it was pouring rain. Rikki let us have a very late check-out. Can't wait to return.

Excellent property highly recommended

Rikki and Chris's house exceeded all our expectations. It was immaculate with a high standard of fixtures and fittings. We were only there two nights but wished it had been longer. The house is in a lovely position with good views and lots of parking. Rikki and Chris were very helpful with recommendations for sightseeing. Thank you!

We are a well-travelled couple & were amazed by the cleanliness of the Townhouse. It's well appointed, comfortable & elevated so, the decking affords a wonderful view over the district - & Rikki & Chris's vineyard, orchard, vegie garden, olive grove - & whatever else the lovely industrious couple have underway. We stayed three nights but would have happily extended our relaxing visit if time had permitted.We opted for the upstairs bedroom for convenience even though the en-suite is a little shy of shelving, but there is plenty of space to put toiletries etc in the large bedroom.Definitely would return if the opportunity arises.

A great place

Super nice people to deal with, and a perfect place for us to use as a base for looking around the Norther Tasmanian area. Amazing gardens with fresh tomatoes, passion fruit, carrots & capsicum. A tasty jar of home made tomato relish was dropped off to us, which we finished off in Hobart. A nice quiet area, awesome bakery & general store, the pub was good too. Thanks for hosting us Kiwi's that hadn't been to Tassie since we were kids in the 1970's.

New home a few kms north of Launceston with great views.

Beautiful home, spotlessly clean, with all the modern facilities. Two bedrooms with spa in main bathroom downstairs and main bedroom with ensuite upstairs. The ensuite basin was small with no bench space which was a bit inconvenient. Overall still five stars.
