  • Propósito construido en 2017, esta casa adosada de 3 dormitorios fue diseñada para complementar y pasar por alto el viñedo familiar existente, el olivar y un extenso jardín y paisaje rural con vistas al horizonte occidental.
    Dé un paseo de 3 minutos hasta el centro de Village para encontrar The Village Inn, una tienda de botellas, una tienda de conveniencia, una oficina de correos, una cafetería, una panadería y una peluquería.
    El centro de Launceston se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche sin estrés y el aeropuerto de Launceston es un viaje agradable a solo 15 minutos.
    Una base práctica para la meca del ciclismo de montaña en Derby, rutas del vino, todas las principales atracciones alrededor de Launceston y Tamar Valley.
    Un paseo de 10 minutos lo llevará al pintoresco Picnic Ground en el río North Esk con barbacoa y natación.

Lovely accommodation, well set out , very user friendly kitchen, great to cook breakfast or a meal if you want ti have a night in. Lovely deck to sit on and enjoy the afternoon.

Lovely place and a credit to the owners Clean & tidy everything you could want for a stay away Only problem I had was communication from Stayz as couldn’t get messages from owner ended up finding his phone contact and all ran sweet from there on.

Great place to stay!

Our stay at this home was nothing short of an amazing stay. It was modern, spacious and comfortable for the whole family, with great views, nearby locations and great owners! I would highly recommend staying here, and would gladly do so again.

Well Provided For Townhouse

Thank you to the hosts for their thoughtfulness and generosity—everything was well provided for. They have a really good garden and vineyard down from the house. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic house. Very clean. Well set out. The kitchen was well equipped & lots of space. Loved having a full laundry with dryer but also clothesline undercover. Communication was great. So friendly & welcoming.

Very, clean, well appointed and conveniently located. This is a great place to stay while visiting Launceston and surrounds. The kitchen and laundry were well stocked with all the utensils and equipment anyone would need. The views from the balcony over the valley at sunset were very serene and it was a joy to watch the black cockatoos of a morning. The fresh fruit from the garden and home made vintage topped off a lovely stay.

Everything was a home away from home. Loved all that the house offered. Comfy chairs, dining setting we sat at for hours comfortably chatting.... Would recommend this house to all my friends..

A celebration stay

Arriving at Litoria & meeting Rikki who is delightful & entering the guest house was breathtaking, everything you wish for is here for a getaway. My husband & i had our Ruby Wedding anniversary here & the location was close to everything we wanted. With be visiting again.

Perfect Property

Chris and Rikki have set up the ideal property for a family stay. The property is immaculate, stylish and has everything you could need. Very spacious yet homely. Would highly recommend!

If we could give this property more than 5 stars we would do so. It was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We felt comfortable and special with the beautiful bottle of wine and the invitation to try some of the veggies from the veggie garden. This property is close to all amenities and attractions and the instructions provided by Rikki and Chris helped us to find our way around Launceston and surrounds. We would highly recommend this property.

Staying away for work with my crew is challenging and open to frustration. Thankfully all of us enjoyed the house so much it destressed us in return each day and help make our time away more enjoyable.Visitors are truly lucky that a property if this standard has been made available. What a magnificent property. Townhouse was pristine and the decore was beautiful. Rikki is a lovely host. The garden and the scenery is lovely. An extremely comfortable stay. Highly recommend it.

Litoria Garden

Really enjoyed our stay. Our host was great. The location was beautiful. Stayed 2 weeks. Would certainly look up this location again and stay. The picture of the home does not do justice to the beauty of the home. Tasmania is definitely a place to vacation! Thanks to Rikki and Chris.
