"Great outdoor scenery, hotel charged me for extra person but when I arrived there was no extra bed, no extra towels. Needed to wait a full day for them to bring the bed, when I called, they said I can go down to the front-desk and get the extra towel for the extra person that 1 was charged for, myself. ..."

"Ausstattung sehr gut. Leider kein hauseigener WLAN-Empfang, und das WLAN des Parkes reicht nicht aus. Check-in unkompliziert und sehr netter Empfang. Parkrestaurant sehr empfehlenswert. Lage sehr schön und ruhig."
