"Old property with lots of charm. Bed is comfortable, shower good. Innkeepers friendly and helpful. Adequate breakfast and happy hour beverages provide opportunity to chat with other guests from US and Europe. Lots of museums, restaurants, coffee shops and bookstores within easy walking distance (less than a mile). Will definitely come back. "

"The air conditioning was blowing, and it felt amazing in the hot weather! I think parking was safe,and we had no problems at all. "This property is perfectly located near absolutely everything you want to see and do! There are so many restaurants and cafes nearby and everything is within walking distance. The museums are wonderful! The shops have everything you need. The pier with its beach and restaurants along with so many activities is a great place to wander for the day."

"I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites St. Petersburg Downtown and had a disappointing experience. Check in was at 4 pm, but when we arrived at 4:10, one of our two rooms was still not ready. No one informed us when it became available, we had to follow up ourselves. The staff overall were rude and unhelpful. One room faced the highway, making it very noisy at night, and the smoke alarm kept beeping. Calls to the front desk went unanswered. The next day, we were told room service required 24...

"The Hotel needs updates. In the public area there are stained ceiling tiles, peeling wall paper. The rooms were OK but the bathroom was very small with very little counter space. The toilet was old and very low. The room had a tub, no walk in shower and the diverter for the shower worked poorly. The price was reasonable but the hotel definitely needs an update"

"The property is falsely advertised as a bed and breakfast. It even says “bed and breakfast” on the entrance, and the rate is higher than other properties in the neighborhood. But it’s a sham, there is no breakfast, there is no staff on site to clean your room or change the towels, and the owner is full of crap when you complain. Do yourself a favor and look for another place to stay. Don’t take my word for it- look at reviews going back to 2024 calling them out on this. "
