"The front desk staff really needs customer service training. They are not friendly at all and act as if you are bothering them. When I checked in the girl was not helpful at all. "poor hospitality service, the bell desk employees were RUDE! You had to pay for self-parking, and Wi-Fi, no frig, coffee pot etc. in room, room/maid service. We will NEVER stay there again."
