Old cookware, 4 year old water filter and the host right next door. But on day one we had trash cans full with other people trash that smells like it been there for weeks. The host asked my wife to take out the trash the next day . Host asked her when she in the yard thinking she's alone and turn to see him watching over the fence.

This is a great house! Spacious bedrooms all upstairs and a nice tv room for watching movies. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool during the day and the outdoor set up is perfect for BBQ - ing and reading. Its in Henderson, so a little far away from the strip, but close to a grocery store and a local pizza place that delivers. Overall a great property with great communication.

Couldn't be happier with our stay!

Fantastic! Renata is a stellar host and this house has just about everything we could have wanted! The kitchen is well-stocked (we love a house that has a few spices available!) and immaculate! The pool is perfect (the pool man showed up while we were onsite and even he couldn't have been more lovely! The beds were comfy, the linens were plentiful, and the neighborhood is quiet, yet the next door neighbor saw us in the driveway and gave us some safety tips for the strip and said they were next door if we had any questions about Las Vegas! So sweet! One comment, and it's about VRBO, not Renata or this house -- I wish their form did a better job of outlining where the bedrooms are and if there are stairs. Renata does have a pic of the stairs, but i would like to note that all bedroom are upstairs. I travel often with my eldery father, and these stairs would have been a dealbreaker! Fantastic stay, can't recommend enough!

Family getaway to Las Vegas

The house is beautiful and very clean. It has every amenity for a family. We ate out often during our week there, but had breakfast and lunch at the house every day. The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool and yard are gorgeous. We spent most of our time in the yard. The house is centrally located to most attractions. around town

We truly enjoyed our stay. Overall very clean and exceptional quiet! We did a lot of cooking at the house and found it fully equipped with everything we needed! Under popular amenities is says hot tub, so be aware there is not one. This was not a big deal as the temps were in the 100’s for our entire say. There is a beautiful pool and pool area!! We spent our mornings drinking coffee there and our evenings enjoying a cocktail. However, the pool is A LOT of daily maintenance. We spend as much time cleaning it as we did cooling off in it. There is a tree in the pool area that sheds leaves and debris constantly in the pool. So it we are looking for a clean, quiet and kitchen equipped rental this is idea for you!

Yearly get together

Very attentive host who responded quickly when we had a few questions and wants (like a lasagna pan and getting the tv operating). We appreciated this and found the place attractive and well organized. We had a terrific time.

Frustrating stay

The property was nice but we couldn’t enjoy it at all because there were so many rules set up by the owner and even noise sensors on the property. We lived in Las Vegas for 20 years and we were back for a reunion and had to make sure the kids didn’t make any noise in the back yard. The neighbor is the issue and came over as soon as we arrived to tell us that it was a quiet neighborhood. So our spring break was not great due to choosing this property. So if you’re going to stay here count on have fun elsewhere because for us it was very regimented.
