A charming fully furnished property located in Central Las Vegas! The 2-story home includes a porched entrance, and dual living spaces. Also, a multi-leveled dining space with chair rail molding. A cozy kitchen with recessed lighting, views of the pool, and French doorway leading to the patio! The home comes equipped with three flat screen televisions a full-size washer/dryer, a pool table and ping pong table! We are located 9 minutes from the Strip! Nice location to get to desert hiking and the strip. The house was great- had everything we needed and was clean and cared for. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was charming, pool was enjoyable and was in a fantastic location! However if traveling with older adults need to be mindful of the step from kitchen into den, as it is all hardwood floor and difficult to distinguish that there is a step. We did have a couple falls.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was the perfect size for our family and was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a highlight—being heated made it especially enjoyable. The location was also convenient and worked well for our plans.One area for improvement would be the backyard, as much of the grass was dead and could use better upkeep. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home.

Very grateful for this home. It was very nice inside and clean. It provided us an excellent base to go watch college basketball with my friends. The location was perfect for shopping, chilling, relaxing, and not dealing with all the hustle of the Las Vegas strip. Highly recommend looking into this house.

Super clean, beautiful home, so many amenities and home touches: even a high chair for little ones. Rooms were beautiful. Super convenient location. We were not able to enjoy the pool due to the filter was broken and unable to reach owner during the stay. Other than that, great place to relax and stay for my bridal shower with my gals!

Overall a great stay. Great communication. Upon arrival house was clean. Could not get the hot tub to work until the last night. The property manager or owner was on it, had someone come over right away!!

Great location, great amenities, great hosts

House is in a convenient location and nice neighborhood, easy to get to as well, and close to almost anything you'd need. House is well taken care of and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Nice pool and spa, games in the finished garage, and spacious rooms. Hosts were super responsive and both the check in and check out process were great. More property owners could take notes. :) We'll be back!

Frye vacation

Overall the house was fine. We dealt with a bit of an ant problem that I understand can happen. Had a bit of a problem with the hot tub but it was corrected quickly. Would recommend the house.
