ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ARE BOOKING WITH A CITY LICENSED SHORT TERM RENTAL. We are one of less than 200 licensed short term rentals in the City of Las Vegas. (Las Vegas City Short Term Residential Rental License#G63-07561.) See below for more details about the 5000+ unlawful vacation rentals in the Las Vegas valley. Just because it is listed on VRBO/Airbnb does not mean it is licensed and legal.

Maximum occupancy: 20 people (16 adults maximum)

Almost the entire house flooring has recently (May 2020) been changed to hard surfaces to allow floor steaming after each guest. Disinfectant spray is used on all hard surfaces and fixtures. New (Sep 2020) memory foam mattresses with protectors have been installed in all bedrooms.

Private location at end of a cul-de-sac with a driveway capable of parking 8+ cars and/or an RV on an half acre lot. Large pool & spa, putting green and playground. Enjoy the outdoor patio and sitting areas while grilling on the gourmet BBQ grill. Pool table room, poker room, sitting room, gym and theater area. Stocked gourmet kitchen with cutlery, cookware, utensils, Keurig, blender and much more. Dining area seats 16.

Enjoy the fresh linens on new plush beds. 70" TV in the theater area. Flat panel TVs in every bedroom with Apple TV, Roku or Direct TV. High speed wireless internet and cable TV. Washer/Dryer.

Each guest will receive a bath towel, hand towel, face towel and pool towel. Some complimentary soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, K-Cups and paper towels will be provided.

Maximum occupancy is 20 people (16 adults maximum).

Basketball hoop on driveway has been removed until further notice. Local parks with basketball hoops, tennis courts and other amenities are located just a few minutes away.

CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE: We will continue to issue 100% full refund of your reservation as long as any cancellation is made more than 60 days from check-in. Unfortunately the website requires us to choose the "No Refund" option in order for us to maintain dialogue with our guests during any cancellation request. Since this 100% refund cancellation with 60 days from check-in is documented in our literature, the website customer service representatives can guarantee this is maintained for customer service satisfaction.

BE INFORMED: Please be sure you book only with legally licensed vacation rentals. In the Las Vegas valley, there are less than 200 legally licensed vacation rentals, the other 5000+ are unlawful and could get shut down at any time. Both the city and county are actively shutting down unlawful rentals, especially over the last year. Many operators try to circumvent the laws by issuing rental agreements for 30 days regardless of the guest's length of stay, but this tactic is no longer working and many are still being closed down, and future guests are left scrambling. Our license number is listed on the website and any legally run vacation rental should list their Short Term Rental License on their listing. A business license is not a Short Term Rental License.

This modest but convenient home was a perfect spot for the many of us who wanted private bedrooms but to stay at the same place. Nestled near some really fun spots and central ubering to downtown, strip, summerlin was perfect. Managers and cleaning crew had the place all setup for us. Thanks!

This property was perfect for our group (in fact some of our friends planned to leave early and extended their stay with to be there the entire time we had the house)! The pool and spa were a huge hit with our group - we didn't even leave the pool when a dark cloud dumped some rain on us. The play structure kept the 6 year old and 7 year old very happy.This property had something for everyone and enough space so everyone could get away when needed.

The house is in quiet neighborhood and has 8 excellent bedrooms with sufficient bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The property manager is very responsive and helps makes your stay a breeze.

It was great! The pictures don't do it justice. It's described as an 8 bedroom, but it can easily be converted to a 10 bedroom. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very accomodating. Good location.

The huge common area was perfect for our group of 9 friends who wanted space to hung out all together. We also made good use of the poker room. Very professional and responsive host. Great experience.

This house is in a good location and close to the strip. It's on a quiet dead-end street that seems safe. Lots of bedrooms make it ideal for a big group. The kitchen supplies were bare minimum and heavily used. Unfortunately, the hot tub never came up to temp while we were there (3 nights).

Great place with lots of room for our team of 7. We were in for the International Builder Show. Honestly, the place may have been too big! LOL. We didn't even use the home theatre, billiards, etc., but each having our own room was nice. Kitchen is a little outdated and lots of empty cupboards, but fine for what we needed. Hot tub did not get hot, but it is February, so. Overall, very spacious place within 15min. of the strip and conference center. Would stay again.

Eight of us stayed in this property for a golf trip in mid-February, 2025. The property was clean, comfortable, adequate for 8 adults and in a good location for our golf itinerary. The owner/host accommodated us well in connection with hot tub problem. We were pleased with our experience and would rent there again.

Overall great house. However, upkeep of property could have been higher to ensure basics were covered: No paper towels, trash bags, salt and pepper, propane for the grill.Also, the Apple TVs had dead remotes.The owner did what they could to help with propane and Apple TVs, but the propane was solved too late and the Rokus were expected to be setup by us, which didn’t work and we needed some technical help from the owner.Very cool house, but overpaid given the amount of time and energy needed to get the property running Th e way it should have been as a VRBO.

This space was the perfect accommodation. Allowed for our large group to stay together and have quality time and also wasn’t too far from the strip and other areas of interest near Vegas. Would definitely stay again.

We had a group of 8 guys for a golf and gambling trip. House is a great size and we never felt cramped. Everyone had a bedroom and plenty of space in common areas, huge kitchen and pantry with an extra refrigerator. Very clean and excellent communication with host. I would book again for sure.

We had 14 friends stay in the rooms, comfortably for a long weekend Thursday thru Sunday. Master suite was very comfortable. great amenities outside, bathrooms were easy to share. Manager was very helpful and communicative during an issue with the wifi in the home, and came over to help fix himself (thanks again!) all around great weekend.

Property was great with some pros & cons. The property manager, Nathan was great to work with & communication with him was easy as he was responsive & prompt. Pros: The location of the home was in a perfect location for our needs. Walmart, grocery stores & great places to eat were within a 3-5 min drive. Space was very adequate for the amount of people we had. Ample parking and nice backyard space. Kitchen/dining was large enough for our group to be able to dine. It's a huge house with so much space without feeling cramped. We had 11 adults, and 8 kids ages 2-10. AC works great. Pool was nice on a hot day. Cons: Home is near a busy road, so we were woken up a few times by loud cars revving their engines at 3am. Kitchen refrigerator does not work! When we first got there, it was at a reasonable temp. Later that evening, we noticed the milk was warm. There was a 2nd fridge in the pantry room, but with a big group, we needed the extra space. Lots of wasted foods the first night. Needs more towels & newer ones. No kitchen towels so we used the bath hand towels. Dishwasher had old broken glass & food still in it. Floors are super dirty. I suggest wearing your footwear. Our feet were so dirty after walking from the kitchen to our room on the 1st floor. Tack strip on stairs were becoming exposed through the carpet. Some light bulbs were out throughout the house. Master BR couch was missing cushion. Overall, great place. Just needs some extra TLC and I'd give it a 5 star.
