ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ARE BOOKING WITH A CITY LICENSED SHORT TERM RENTAL. We are one of less than 200 licensed short term rentals in the City of Las Vegas. (Las Vegas City Short Term Residential Rental License#G63-07561.) See below for more details about the 5000+ unlawful vacation rentals in the Las Vegas valley. Just because it is listed on VRBO/Airbnb does not mean it is licensed and legal.

Maximum occupancy: 20 people (16 adults maximum)

Almost the entire house flooring has recently (May 2020) been changed to hard surfaces to allow floor steaming after each guest. Disinfectant spray is used on all hard surfaces and fixtures. New (Sep 2020) memory foam mattresses with protectors have been installed in all bedrooms.

5000+ square feet of Vegas luxury.

Private location at end of a cul-de-sac with a driveway capable of parking 8+ cars and/or an RV on an half acre lot. Large pool & spa, putting green and playground. Enjoy the outdoor patio and sitting areas while grilling on the gourmet BBQ grill. Pool table room, poker room, sitting room, gym and theater area. Stocked gourmet kitchen with cutlery, cookware, utensils, Keurig, blender and much more. Dining area seats 16.

Enjoy the fresh linens on new plush beds. 70" TV in the theater area. Flat panel TVs in every bedroom with Apple TV, Roku or Direct TV. High speed wireless internet and cable TV. Washer/Dryer.

Each guest will receive a bath towel, hand towel, face towel and pool towel. Some complimentary soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, K-Cups and paper towels will be provided.

Maximum occupancy is 20 people (16 adults maximum).

Basketball hoop on driveway has been removed until further notice. Local parks with basketball hoops, tennis courts and other amenities are located just a few minutes away.

CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE: We will continue to issue 100% full refund of your reservation as long as any cancellation is made more than 60 days from check-in. Unfortunately the website requires us to choose the "No Refund" option in order for us to maintain dialogue with our guests during any cancellation request. Since this 100% refund cancellation with 60 days from check-in is documented in our literature, the website customer service representatives can guarantee this is maintained for customer service satisfaction.

BE INFORMED: Please be sure you book only with legally licensed vacation rentals. In the Las Vegas valley, there are less than 200 legally licensed vacation rentals, the other 5000+ are unlawful and could get shut down at any time. Both the city and county are actively shutting down unlawful rentals, especially over the last year. Many operators try to circumvent the laws by issuing rental agreements for 30 days regardless of the guest's length of stay, but this tactic is no longer working and many are still being closed down, and future guests are left scrambling. Our license number is listed on the website and any legally run vacation rental should list their Short Term Rental License on their listing. A business license is not a Short Term Rental License.

This was a great property for our large family! With eight bedrooms, pool room, card room, theater room, and large living space it had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub!. Was away from the strip far enough to be quite, but just a short drive to all of the fun. Had a great time!

Place was spacious and the hot tub was very nice on the cooler nights. Overall nice. Cleanliness was pretty surface level. You could see a bunch of dirt and dust pushed to the sides along the baseboards, vents were dirty, etc. Also, kitchen was pretty bare of tools and kitchenware so we bought quite a bit of disposable items.

Kitchen was a little sparse, so salt and pepper, limited pots and pans. With 8 bedrooms I would have expected more. I did contact the owner because they had no Tupperware and it was ordered that day, Thank you! No TV in the Living room was kinda strange, poker table was a nice touch.

This house was perfect for our family trip to Vegas. We had small children with us and the safety gate for the stairs did not fit properly. We purchased a bigger one and left it there, so now that problem is solved! The backyard was perfect for the kids. Fenced in with a separate fence around the pool. Playground and putting green were big hits! The house was clean minus the floors... floors had our feet black on day one. There was an electric mop so we were able to mop them ourselves, but we should not have had to do that right away. The beds were comfortable, extra blankets in closets were like packing blankets. Towels in bathrooms were of poor quality. Could definitely use an upgrade there. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. There was no extras such as aluminum foil, plastic wrap, cooking spray, or spices. The location was very close to a Walmart which was very convenient. Neighborhood felt safe and there was plenty of parking for our cars.

The overall property was good. Lots of room and good amenities. 8 older guys, so everyone had their own bedroom, and plenty of bathrooms to make it easy on all. Not really adownside for us, but property is a bit dated, it not so much that we wouldn’t stay here again in the future.

This was a great way to enjoy Vegas with friends. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We enjoyed a movie in the theater room downstairs and spent the majority of our days in the large swimming pool. Plenty of grocery and food options nearby, ten minutes to Fremont Street. The host was responsive and everything was delivered as promised.

This house was such a perfect place for my group. Everyone had plenty of room, the neighborhood was quiet, the pool was wonderful, and we did a lot of cooking. The host was great about quickly replacing about items that were missing from the kitchen and helping us fix the technical issues with the electronic door lock. Good communication and great experience overall, would say here again.

Very nice. Dining table large enough for our big group. Pool area and grounds are lovely. Adequate bathrooms! Nice kitchen area but could have used more cooking tools. Convenient location. Peaceful area. One complaint on cleanliness— m&ms found on floor in a bedroom , floor not swept as weel as it should have been. In summary, a great place for a large group.

As described and easy to work with, worked great for us.

This modest but convenient home was a perfect spot for the many of us who wanted private bedrooms but to stay at the same place. Nestled near some really fun spots and central ubering to downtown, strip, summerlin was perfect. Managers and cleaning crew had the place all setup for us. Thanks!

Fun times with Friends and Family!

This property was perfect for our group (in fact some of our friends planned to leave early and extended their stay with to be there the entire time we had the house)! The pool and spa were a huge hit with our group - we didn't even leave the pool when a dark cloud dumped some rain on us. The play structure kept the 6 year old and 7 year old very happy.This property had something for everyone and enough space so everyone could get away when needed.

It was great! The pictures don't do it justice. It's described as an 8 bedroom, but it can easily be converted to a 10 bedroom. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very accomodating. Good location.
