The amenities were great however the host and VRBO communication and experience was disappointing and frustrating. Leading up to our stay I was receiving emails based on one reservation I had made for my wife and me. Just before our stay I started receiving emails from Koala confirming our reservation. As we proceeded with the check in process, they had two rooms booked under my name for 6 nights, while I only booked one room. Somehow there was another room booked under a different email I do not currently use. The Hotel was unable to do anything due to me booking under VRBO. I tried calling VRBO multiple times and did not get a response. I did connect with Koala and they said there is nothing they can do and refered me VRBO. Spend 3 hours on the phone multiple days with VRBO basically going in circles, they basically kept passing me on to other people until I ended up with the original department that I started with stating they need to forward me to someone else. I tried canceling the room multiple times, to open up the room to be rented and no response. I have rented through VRBO multiple time and have had no issues working with the Host. This experience from both VRBO and Koala was extremely disappointing.
