Nestled near Nevada’s beautiful Green Valley, this large single story 15 ft ceilings, spacious 3050 sq ft immaculate home offers something for everyone, regardless of age or personal interests.

Everything is brand-spanking-new in this 5 bedroom 6 Beds 3 bath with office space has everything you're looking for.

Whether a family vacation or corporate team building getaway, this home is centrally located and cleverly designed to provide a restful and rejuvenating destination, for work or play.
Located only eight minutes from the airport, ten minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, and 12 minutes from the future home of the Las Vegas Raiders Stadium, this home accommodates eight guests easily. Decked out with modern amenities to complement the professionally decorated interior and themed bedrooms, every effort has been made to ensure that guests are surrounded by comfort and convenience.

Guests who need to stay connected can take advantage of the free internet; while those looking to unplug and unwind can enjoy some activities like a regulation fast pool table, Stand up PacMan, old-school board games and how about a game of dominoes anyone?

 Gathering with friends, family or colleagues is especially fun, thanks to the plush surroundings of the Great Room, featuring a new 80-inch Samsung television with rocking and electronically reclining captain’s chairs -- the best seats in the house for catching the game.

The kitchen is completely outfitted with cutting-edge conveniences, sure to satisfy any at-home chef. Picking up groceries and ingredients is quick and convenient, thanks to the close proximity of Whole Foods. But, if cooking isn’t your thing, the 5-star rated Green Valley Ranch resort hotel is right down the road and perfect for a night out without leaving the neighborhood.

Guests staying in the master bedroom will enjoy spacious surroundings (20’ x 25’), along with a LG 75-inch television. Connected to the bedroom, the master bathroom features a large tub and sit-down shower, the ultimate spot for unwinding after a day exploring the Valley or scoping out the sights on the Strip. We stayed at this property for a softball trip and found it to be a great location with plenty of space—perfect for those looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas Strip. The property manager, Eddie was outstanding. He responded immediately to resolve any issues that arose. Overall, a great experience and a great option for group stays.

Great house for the family

We had a great time at this single story 5 bedroom home, which was perfect for my elderly parents; no stairs. We played a lot of pool and darts and there's a new PacMan / DigDug / Galaga stand-up machine which was a lot of fun. Wonderful kitchen and bbq.

Excellent home not too far from the strip

The home was beautiful, clean, spacious. It had fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, TVs practically in every room. We felt right at home. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent, he took care of our concerns immediately. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

Great neighborhood, close to everything! Kitchen has many of the things you hope to see if you want to cook (we like to cook) - spices, lots of different sized bowls, pots and pans, foil, etc. we all said we would go there again if we come back to LV!

Wonderful Rental

We stayed at this rental for a week and found it to be once of the nicest rentals we have experienced. It was very clean and well organized. The owner was great to work with and had clear information about the property that was easy to understand and follow. We would consider this rental again for future trips.

Haven in Las Vegas

Great home in Las Vegas. There were three couples and all of us did well in your home. Great communication with the owner. Plenty of room to hang out. Only negative was that two of the three bathrooms are a little tight but they worked and gave each couple their own bathroom, so not a big deal. Overall, I would definitely recommend this home and go back to it if in Las Vegas again.

This worked out great for our group. Great backyard for grilling dinner for the team, kitchen was well stocked for almost any thing you need. 15 min drive to the LVCC and a couple options to get there. Short uber ride to airport. Thanks Eddie
