"Adam was gracious, helpful, and super kind! The place is in a great location to drive for food and visiting La Fanduca. Whenever an issue came up, Adam was quick to solve it for us. This unit is great for couples or a group of friends up to 3. One room has way better AC than the other, and be mindful of the solar panels. "This property was older, but very nice. It had some wear and tear, but it was clean and the location was perfect. Your steps from the beach. The pool was not operational, but who cares the beach was right there. There was an additional charge of $200 fee for damages but if you didn’t damage the property, they would release your money. I’m still waiting. I would return to this property Sheila."

"A friend I stayed at The Rising Sun, Isleta Marina one night. Our host, Jazmin, was easy to communiate with. The interior of the condo was clean, cute and well- maintained. There were ample supplies as described on the VRBO site. We were delayed in arriving so, unfortunately we didnt have much time there. S.ome areas on the property (pool area, some hallways) needed work. We knew there was a restaurant on the island and were planning on that for dinner. We didnt bring goceries for one...
