"We needed a quiet reset. This was perfect. We live here on the island but wanted to relax from everday responsibilities. Very quite, bed was comfortable, and air-conditioning was great. We sat outside and was happily surprised we did not get bitten by mosquitoes! The price was very reasonable. Loved seeing the animals. Very limited noise from vehicles. I will return in a few months when we jusr want to get away. My only suggestion would leave a guest book. You should be able to see how...

"Great location, right on the water (not a beach). Kimberly is highly responsive and very helpful. About 10 minutes from seven seas beach and 25 minutes from the ferry.
The balcony was the highlight of our trip.
Has lots of pots, pans, dishes, etc.. also to my surprise an air fryer and a nice blender.
Things I wish this place had:
1) a fan or a ceiling fan in the shared area.
2) a couch/ living room set.
3) screens on windows to help with the mosquitos
4) washcloths
Highly recommend this...

"The home was in a perfect location and offered all the comforts of home. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The master bedroom shower was incredible, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus during our stay. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay."

"Air conditioning works perfectly; the kitchen is so complete; my husband and I enjoy cooking together; we had such a fun time there; and the sounds of coquis and the nature of Puerto Rico are so soothing. We visited beaches at Luquillo and Fajardo, took the ferry to Culebra, and drove to Old San Juan multiple times. Vicente and Andre's property is so beautiful, we definitely recommend it to anyone who's considering renting it!"
