Large Villa in a protected building built in 1920 recently restored. It has 350 m2 on one floor, indoor heated pool on the roof, a large garden with large terraces, and two parking spaces available to guests.

Tafira Alta is a residential neighborhood in the outskirts of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, ten minutes by car, with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all kinds of services, very close to the Bandama Golf Club, the oldest from Spain

We recommend renting a car, although we are well connected by bus and taxi.

Hervorragend

Eine wunderschöne, riesige Villa mit gemütlichem Wohnzimmer, einem großen Badezimmer und bequemen Betten in den drei Schlafzimmern. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Der geheizte Indoor-Pool ist gut für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Die beiden Terrassen am gepflegten Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück. Die Kommunikation mit Elisa und Javier war freundlich, kompetent, zeitnah und problemlos.Eine klare Empfehlung.

Genussreise Gran Canaria

Ein wunderschönes Haus. entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Sitzgelegenheiten im idyllischen Garten, im Wohnzimmer warten riesige Sofas zum chillen, die Küche ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, einfach ein gemütliches Haus!! Auch der gut temperierte Pool am Dach lädt zum verweilen ein! Was in der Umgebung leider fehlt ist die Möglichkeit zum Ausgehen am Abend - ohne Auto geht hier leider nichts. Einzige Kritik an dem Mietobjekt - genau unter dem letzten Schlafzimmer führt eine vielbefahrene Straße vorbei, Nachts das Fenster offen lassen - leider nicht möglich. Wir haben die Vermieter weder bei der Ankunft noch bei der Abreise zu Gesicht bekommen!

Beautiful Casa

Gorgeus house. We spent beautiful holidays. Three large bedrooms, huge bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Nice swimming pool with sky view. View on the ocean from dining-room. Living room with huge library and movie proektor. Green Garden with a lot of flowers and nice pond with fishes. Casa situated in nice silent neighborhood, 15 min drive from capital, few minutes from autopista to all directions.

Lovely property

An absolutely beautiful villa to stay in. Really classical 1920 property with very large main rooms, and naturally cool without need for a/c. Everything was really high spec, and Javier and Elisa very helpful with their communications. Many thanks and highly recommended!

Luxurious property but meagre toiletries, low water pressure in showers. Garden excellent area and pool area good but needs proper steps in pool. Main shower a bit slippy needs bath mat.

Excellent accomadation

Even though we thought the villa was large it was even bigger when seen. Even though there were other occupiers on the floors below it was very quiet and the garden was perfect to sit in. The villa itself was very comfortable and had everything available that we needed. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Excellent Villa in Tafira Alta

My mother, father and I came to Gran Canaria to visit my daughter, who is teaching in there for nine months. We had a lovely time and the accommodations were exceptional. Thank you Elisa and Xavier for making our stay wonderful.

Fantastic

Property was exactly as advertised...lovely 'Casa Emblatica' situated in a quiet old suburb of Las Palmas. Good bus schedule so cars not obligatory but better for checking out other areas on Gran Canaria. Good for family vacation.

Wonderful house

Spacious and beautifully furnished house with a lovely garden. Very quiet area. We didn’t use the pool because it was too chilly to do so - the temperature at the house, which is in an elevated position, was always cooler than down by the coast. The house is very well equipped.

Fantastic Holidays!

The Villa is fantastic, very large and beautiful. We enjoyed the loveley Garden and of course the pool. Elisa ans Javier are very kind hosts! For Sure we will come back.

Beautiful Villa

The Villa was a large and beautiful. The TV room, dining room and living room were all very large with comfortable furniture. The Master bedroom and bathroom (2 sinks and large shower)was not only large and once again the bed was very comfortable. The eating area off the kitchen was an exceptional place to have your breakfast and start your day with a beautiful view. We had most lunches and some evening meals outside on the covered veranda listening to the birds and the sound of the waterfalls in the garden. The garden was beautiful with the lovely palm trees, the banana trees and the fish pond with a waterfalls. There was a lovely covered sitting area in the garden between the fruit trees and the fish pond where you could get the last of the days sun. Once a week there was maid service change sheets and towels and the gardener / pool guy would perform routine maintenance. The roof top patio and pool was a nice plus for the property. The pool was small but it was a perfect cool down pool from the hot sun. The view from the top of the Villa was unbelievable ... from the surrounding mountains ... lush valleys and the ocean in the distance. There was a small Supermarket just two short blocks away. There were two restaurants within walking distance, El Zarcello (5 minute walk) and Jardin Canario (10 to 15 minute walk) both very nice restaurants. While this Villa was not in the middle of the tourist district it was only a 10 minute drive away. We had wanted to stay until the bananas ripened but we had to leave almost 3 weeks early due to COVID-19. The owner Janvier was very understanding and accommodating. He refunded his portion of the day rate for the unused 20 days, without any hesitation. Several days later VRBO came out with a statement that they will be refunding their portion. We would definitely come back again. Bruce & Margie
