"The hotel is quite dated in areas. The seaview room I had was comfortable and had everything I needed. Unfortunately, you can't check-in until 5pm, but the nice man on reception let me put my case in the storage room, told me I could change if I wanted to. As I wasn't leaving until 6pm, I enquired about keeping my room so I could shower/pack etc, but was told that I could keep it just for 2-3 hours. There really was no point, as I planned on relaxing around the pool till 4, then showering etc....

"Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us. Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few...

"Die Suite war groß, was uns gut gefallen hat.Das Badezimmmer hatte eine begehbare Dusche,aber die Bodenfliesen in der Dusche waren sehr glatt. An den Amaturen waren dicke Kalkablagerungen ,am Duschkopf grosse Rostablagerungen. Die Matratzen waren schon etwas durchgelegen.Das Personal in der ganzen Anlage war echt super und zuvorkommend. "I usually stay at a hotel down the road a wee bit but it was fully booked. So i went for this place as it was recommended by a friend. Didn't disappoint, i had a wonderful time. Everything was clean, staff were super helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back "

"Staff were lovely, helpful and approachable! We have arrived home today, it’s getting a lot busier there, so not sure if there are enough sun beds for the apartments. I know some people prefer the beach, but not sure how difficult it would be to get one in the height of the Summer. "The apartment couldn’t have exceeded my expectations any further! They upgraded our room and were active on comms on WhatsApp. The location is central with easy access to taxis and the apartment in themselves are so clean and modernly decorated.
