"This motel was not what I expected. I needed an easy in-and-out room with no stairs, because of my large dog. This motel was in the Wyndham group so I thought it would be clean and in good repair, just very basic with no amenities. This was not that. I ended up with a room on the second floor - so not what I needed or asked for, in spite of few other guests at the motel. There were many items (lights, outlets, etc.) in the room in need of repair.
