Hiking paths close by and within a 10 minute drive you are at the Côté Vermeille with it's beaches, both long and sandy or little bays. Big choice of vinyards, markets and cultural activities.

We had an amazing stay in this wonderful villa. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We loved the pool especially as we visited during the heatwave. Anette was very welcoming and on hand for any issues. We had a problem with the aircon caused by us not knowing how to use the controls. A quick message to Anette and she was there in 5 minutes solving our problem. The village is a very short walk with a bakery, pharmacy, shop and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We have stayed in this area several times and as a family of 6, we all agreed this place was a favourite of ours. I can not recommend this villa enough and will definitely go back again.

Excellent séjour dans un cadre haut de gamme

Un grand merci à madame Hartmann pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. La propriété est située au calme, entourée d'espaces verts et d'une magnifique piscine chauffée. La localisation permet aisément la découverte de la région. L'équipement de la villa est très complet. En résumé, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Wonderful stay, great villa and host!

We have just returned from spending a week at Anette's villa as a group of 6 with one child under 4 and we have had a great relaxing time. Although we were delayed on our flight out Anette was there to greet us and show us around the villa - which was immaculately clean. We even had a bowl full of fruit, nibbles and cava in the fridge - which were all gratefully consumed. After getting a few supplies at the local supermarket we had our first evening meal outside on the patio. As this was our fifth trip to this lovely village it was nice to just chill out by the lovely pool, was a little deep for some of us but my daughter loved it - we couldn't get her out of there at times. The view from the little seating area was just wonderful first thing in the mornings and last thing at night - the only thing that would have made this even more picture perfect was if the trees were trimmed a little so that you can get a view of the village. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. It was nice to be able to use the pool items that had been left by other guests that go back every year. The villa is very well equipped with more then you need for a week’s stay. Places to go must include Coulliere; and for places to eat we can recommend 1) La Pierranne in Vilallonga dels Monts (next village along). We found this on Tripadvisor and was not disappointed. The Belgian hosts were so welcoming even to the extent that they gave my little girl a homemade cookie at the end of the meal. 2) La Catalan (in the village) a friend recommended this place and we were not disappointed. We sat out in the square and although our French is still a bit rusty the waitress was very kind and attentive. They paid extra attention to bring my young daughter her meal out at the same time as our starters which was great. Our starter, main meals and wine were fantastic but the best was the Fondant au Chocolat which was to die for. Please go if you get a chance. 3) Pizzeria Aux Saveurs Du Monde (in the main square in the village) - these are the best pizza's I have ever had and really great value for money; it was lovely to just chill out in the villa after a thunderstorm and tuck into these. We love this village and would definitely recommend Anette's villa to anyone for a great place to stay - thank you Anette, hope to see you next year!

PERFEKT !!!

Ein SUPER Urlaub. OK, Frau Hartmann kann (vielleicht ?) nichts für das Wetter (zwei Wochen bei 23-28 Grad, leere Strände, Wasser ca. 20 Grad), ABER: Alles andere passt in La Treize ! Das Haus ist optimal für eine größere oder zwei kleinere Familien, wir waren zu sechst, das war reichlich Platz im und ums Haus. Das Haus liegt ruhig, schöner, großzügiger Garten, viel Schatten, super großer Pool. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Und der Rundumwohlfühlservice von Frau Hartmann ist ein besonderes DANKE wert ! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn bei all diesen super Bewertungen dann überhaupt noch etwas frei ist ??? Danke, danke, danke !!!

Unser bisher bestes Feriendomizil im Roussillon

Zum insgesamt neunten Mal seit 2002 haben wir unseren Urlaub in den Albères verbracht und von allen bisherigen Ferienhäusern bot "La Treize" mit deutlichem Abstand das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. In dem Haus und auf dem Grundstück ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht (oder eventuell brauchen könnte). Wir hatten viel zu viele Dinge von zu Hause mitgebracht und wissen, dass wir uns den Transport sparen können, wenn wir das nächste Mal herkommen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die absolute Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus und bis in den kleinsten Winkel. Hier fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an wohl, wozu auch die Vermieterin mit kalten Getränken und einer frischen Obstschale zur Begrüßung beiträgt. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit ansprechbar, überaus freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Sogar im Oktober konnten wir noch im großen Pool schwimmen und an einem Tag sogar noch im Meer. Die Umgebung bietet zu jeder Jahreszeit unglaublich viele Möglichkeiten und in Laroque wohnt man wirklich zentral, um all dies bequem und schnell zu erreichen. Auch unsere Mitreisenden, die erstmals ihren Urlaub im Roussillon verbracht haben, waren total begeistert und werden - wie wir - auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen. Eine Unterkunft wie "La Treize" muss man lange suchen. Daher werden wir möglichst kurzfristig unseren Urlaub für das kommende Jahr buchen.

Super Feriendomizil

Ich kann mich meinen Vorschreibern nur anschließen. An dem Haus gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es fehlt einem an nichts - inkl. Personenwaage, wenn man sich damit denn im Urlaub belasten will... :-) Die Besitzer wohnen auch auf dem Grundstück (durch Hecke getrennt und nicht einsehbar) und sind immer ansprechbar und äußerst hilsbereit. Schon die Begrüßung ist sehr nett und herzlich und im Kühlschrank warten schon ein paar gekühlte Getränke für den Durst nach der Anreise. Der Pool is groß und sauber (2x Reinigung pro Woche). Liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden, Sonnenschirme auch, ansonsten bieten Palmen ringsrum Schattenplätzchen. Handtücher werden gestellt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, aber trotzdem ruhig, nur wenige Fußminuten zum Ortskern von Laroque mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzger, Pizzeria und einigen Restaurants), und wenn's ein größerer Einkauf sein muss, dann ist man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto im nächsten Carrefour-Supermarkt (Intermarche nach weiteren 5 Minuten im Nachbarort St. Andre). Alles in allem: rundum empfehlenswert. Immer wieder gerne.

Großartige Location und Betreuung

Vielen Dank für den sehr herzlichen Empfang, der durch gekühlte Getränke und weitere Genüsse unterstützt wurde. Das Haus mit Pool bietet alles, was man braucht, um auch mit mehreren Personen eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit zu genießen. Das sehr gepflegte Anwesen kann man nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Unser schönstes Haus bisher

Wir waren zum fünften Mal in Laroque und La Treize war unser drittes Haus. Sowohl von der Ausstattung als auch von der Lage war es das schönste von allen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Handtücher, Pooltücher und Bettwäsche sind farblich aufeinander abgestimmt und ausreichend vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer tollen, großen Dusche ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Es sind genügend Liegen vorhanden, um den Tag am Haus bzw. Pool zu verbringen. Man hat vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Gebirge und den Ort. Vor allem von der etwas erhöht liegenden Aussichtsterrasse kann man diese Aussicht bei einem guten Glas Wein besonders genießen. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Herzlichen Dank auch noch einmal für den Obstkorb und die Getränke im Kühlschrank, die bei unserer Ankunft bereitstanden. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Nicht zu viel versprochen

Laroque des Albères liegt in einer wunderbaren Gegend. Das Dorf befindet sich in dem schön bewachsenen Gebrirgszug der Albères und trotzdem nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen und durch das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus geführt. Da wir alle Allergiker sind, möchten wir die Sauberkeit dieses Hauses besonders hervorheben. Zu unserer Überraschung war bei unserer Ankunft bereits für unser leibliches Wohl gesorgt: Der Kühlschrank enthielt bereits diverse gekühlte Getränke und auf dem Tisch befanden sich bereits eine Obstschale sowie verschiedene regionale Leckereien. Die ganze Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein., besonders natürlich der wunderbare Pool (Wird mehrmals wöchentlich gereinigt). Die freundliche Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht, die Wünsche der Feriengäste zu erfüllen. Wir möchten uns nochmals recht herzlich für diese sehr schöne und erholsame Woche bedanken. Dies wird mit Sicherheit nicht unserer letzter Aufenthalt im "La Treize" gewesen sein. Herzliche Grüße aus Belgien.

Traumhaus gefunden…

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in gigantischer Lage. Sobald man die Hofeinfahrt zum Grundstück hochfährt, beginnt der langersehnte Urlaub. Einmaliges Feriendomizil mit sagenhafter Aussicht auf die Pyrenäen. Für uns als Motorradfahrer ein wahrer Segen. Die Anlage bietet einen wunderschönen Pool, eine große Liegewiese mit Palmen für schattige Plätzchen, reichlich Liegen, Grillplatz, Terrasse mit Tisch, Sonnenschirm und Stühlen. Das Haus ist absolut sauber, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail, sehr hochwertig. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Schlafräume sind nicht riesig, jedoch schön eingerichtet und in den Betten lässt es sich hervorragend träumen. Unweit vom Haus erreicht man nach ein paar Gehminuten eine Bäckerei, einen Metzger, eine Apotheke und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Das zauberhafte, ursprünglich gebliebene Dorf, ist vom Massentourismus gottlob verschont und bietet einige Restaurants in denen es sich köstlich speisen lässt. Aber auch der Italiener mit seiner Holzofenpizza zur Selbstabholung ist empfehlenswert. Wer mal das Auto stehen lassen möchte, kann mit den in der Nähe haltenden Bussen, und für kleines Geld, in alle Richtungen fahren, egal ob ans Meer oder in die nächste größere Stadt Perpignan. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege, bei den freundlichen Vermietern für die Fürsorglichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft bedanken und sind uns alle einig, wenn wir sagen können: Für uns war es ein besonders schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. P.S.: der Rotwein schmeckte vorzüglich.. Herzliche Grüße aus Bayern…

Die Wohlfühl-Oase in Laroque des Albères

Von der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin empfangen, wird einem das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus mit den ensprechenden Informationen übergeben. Man kann es sich gleich gemütlich machen, sind doch Wein, Mineralwasser, Apérogebäck und eine Riesenschale mit Früchten bereitgestellt! Jedes Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet - die Schlafzimmer sind nicht riesig, doch dank der grossen Wandschränke im Flur (inkl. Safe) ist genügend Platz vorhanden. Die Betten sind hochwertig, dass auch für einen guten Schlaf gesorgt ist. Frotté-Tücher sind in jeglichen Grössen bereitgelegt, so dass man sich weder um Bettwäsche, noch um die Frottétücher kümmern muss. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber gehalten, was ebenso für die Küche samt Inhalt gilt. Für Mountainbikes und andere Sportgeräte bietet ein separater Raum (Annex) genügend Platz für ein sicheres Verwahren. Der Garten ist mit den vielen Palmen gemütlich und stilvoll - dem Essen unter blauem Himmel steht dank des grossen Tisches inkl. Sonnenschirm nichts im Wege. Die Attraktion ist aber der schöne Swimmingpool, mit genügend Liegestühle zum Verweilen. Sollte doch einmal etwas fehlen oder zu beanstanden sein, sind die Vermieter auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück wohnhaft und stets hilfsbereit - Das Ferienhaus ist dennoch ganz für sich. Laroque des Albères und deren Umgebung bietet vieles: ein idyllisches Altstädtchen, die Berge (mit dem bekannten Weinbaugebiet in Richtung Banyuls) und das nahgelegene Meer bieten unzählige Freizeitmöglichkeiten - Wandern, Mountainbiken, Baden am Meer, viele Ausflugsziele für jeden Geschmack und vieles mehr... Wir kommen gerne wieder an diese wirklich wunderschöne und "heimelige" Wohlfühl-Oase!

Schönes Haus - toller Pool - super Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung hochwertig und es ist alles da, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Die Schlafzimmer sind nicht groß, bieten aber Rückzugsmöglichkeit für jedes Familienmitglied und die Wandschränke im Flur sind riesig. Die Ausstattung mit Wäsche und Hausrat ist sehr großzügig. Empfangen mit einem fürs erste Essen gefülltem Kühlschrank, Wein, Saft und frischen Blumen fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem gleichen Grundstück, aber abgetrennt, und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist groß und relativ tief, man kann richtig schwimmen oder auch mit dem vorhandenen Wasserspielzeug planschen. Im Garten findet man Sonnen- oder Schattenplätze nach Wahl und bequeme Gartenmöbel. Laroque-des-Alberes ist ein sehr schönes noch ziemlich ursprüngliches Dorf, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Urlaub am Meer (schöne Strände in 6-8 km Entfernung) oder in den Bergen; man kann direkt vom Haus tolle Wanderungen unternehmen. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind riesig, dank der Schnellstraße in 3 km Entfernung (dort ist auch ein großer Supermarkt) kann man Vieles recht schnell entdecken. Das Ferienhaus liegt nah am Ort, mit und einer schönen Sicht auf die Berge und vielen Vorteilen: Burg, Restaurants, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke, Pizzeria (gut, mit großer Auswahl), kleiner Supermarkt (hier kann man sich noch offenen Wein vom Faß abzapfen lassen) zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wer sehr lärmemfindlich ist und dennoch bei offenem Fenster schlafen will, sollte das Zimmer zur Poolseite wählen. Alles in allem ein Ort für perfekte Entspannung - sicher nicht nur im Sommer.

great villa, hospitality, immaculatle & friendly

Great holiday had by my family in june, weather good, Annetta was a very helpful in every way, a great host. If you need anything you only had to ask. The Villa has everything you need and a pleasant surprise on arrival was complementry wine, fresh fruit and flowers, I would like to thank Annetta and her husband once again. Restuarants to visit, Salamana in sorede always good, New restaurant in villalongues de mont, run by a belgian couple, great value & Food, the pizzeria in sorede excellent, Le Cueva in Laroque, Solo Mia restaurant in a small cove just the otherside of Port vendre. A must in to visit Coulliere with cobled streets and shops & bars. Port Vendre has a great fish market if you want FRESH FISH and shelfish, ask Annetta she will guide you to any of these places, the area is great for beaches, walking, sight seeing, water sports and eating.

Great house in a great location!

Our family (4 adults and 2 children) spent a very nice week in this house, which is very spacious and has everything you need for a week on holiday. Everything works in the house and if you have questions about anything, the landlady is very attentive and can help you. The house is ideally located in a quiet French village and is an excellent starting point for hiking and for exploring both the eastern Pyrenees and the coast line south of Perpignan. If you go there in the hot season, you will appreciate the nice little pool, which is for this house only. Finally, we want to say that arriving in the house to find it thoroughly cleaned and stocked with all the linen and towels that you’d need along with bottles of wine and other nice stuff in the fridge was a really nice experience to get the holiday started.
