We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and during one of those nights the hotel had a number of school aged children that were running unsupervised up and down the halls and banging on doors, yelling, etc. We called down to complain twice and the second time the person at reception was quite rude and hung up on us- he was clearly frustrated as well. "The staff are wonderful. The property is just outside the pedestrian area…so very quiet at night. Very comfortable room. The view of the harbor was spectacular . We stayed in room 154 that had a nice balcony. Parking for the entire city is problematic…not the fault of the hotel. We ended up parking at the public parking at the port….short walk to the hotel."

The overall property is very modern looking and the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable about experiences to discover around the city and region! The place was very clean, beds were pretty comfortable (even the sofa bed) and the double balcony with the view of Palamidi Castle was a fantastic touch to our short stay.
