    Contemporary two-bedroom first floor apartment within walking distance of the beach and the renowned Nardini`s Ice Cream Parlour. Free on street parking, secure entry system and all on one level, our apartment offersopen plan living/fully equipped kitchen and two double rooms. Largs offers a great range of leisure activities, with two golf courses, putting,bowls, play parks and a swimming pool. Kelburn Castle and Country Park is locatedjust 2 miles from the town centre. Largs is a lovely small seaside town with a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars catering for all tastes.

    Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.

    Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine.

I was very happy with this lovely spacious and very clean flat, everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. Ideal location for all amenities.

We stopped for a couple of nights as we had work in the local area. It fitted perfectly for what we wanted the accommodation for. The kitchen is well stocked and has virtually everything you could need bar a set of kitchen scales. The surrounding area was really quiet which coupled with the comfortable beds meant we had a good night's sleep every night.

Largs Visit

The property was lovely and well equipped. Parking was a bit tricky at times but it was a holiday weekend and a space was found each time. Only a ten min walk into the town. All in this was just what we needed.

Apartment was good location to Brisbane House where we were attending a wedding and also 10 min walk to town centre.The apartment was clean and beds comfortable with exception of the sofa bed as it had a very thin mattress. My son couldn't sleep on it and found it more comfortable sleeping on the larger sofa. There were no covers/linen for sofa bed on arrival. I did mesage beforehand to advise my son would be sleeping in living room and was advised linen would be there. This was sorted once I contacted the host and house keeping dropped it off the next day.Whilst we were there the apartment across from us in the same building got broken into on the Saturday morning and it did make us feel a bit uneasy but after speaking to the neighbours they advised nothing like that had happened before and were all in shock so it appeared to be an isolated incident which unfortunately happened on our stay.

I would stay at this location again. It was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I slept in the bedroom nearest the kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. I can’t speak to the other bed. I appreciated the electric kettle for coffee in the morning and tea in the evening. I did not cook any meals, but the kitchen looked amply equipped for any meal you would want to make. Small things: The wood flooring in the hall was a little worse for wear. The floor in the bathroom is likely getting some water damage. The shower “wall” is actually a swinging door and isn’t sealed to the tub side, so some water seemed to leak over the side onto the floor with each shower. I did make sure to wipe it up, but it doesn’t seem to be a sufficient long-term solution. The shower had great hot water, but the pressure was wanting. The locking mechanism to the unit door was tricky to figure out, but it might be common in Scotland. I was unfamiliar with how to lock it (I'm from the USA). Although you should be aware of these nit-picks, it should not deter you to book here. The location was convenient and the home was lovely. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend it to a friend.

Beautiful Ayrshire

We had a lovely stay here in Largs . Everything we could have needed in the flat . Good value for money .
