  • Perfect for a romantic getaway. Beautiful, clean, comfortable cottage with an awesome view of Lake Nepessing. Open floor plan, with newly remodeled kitchen and new appliances, remodeled bathroom, new wood floors through-out. Walking distance to Lapeer Golf Country Club and one of Lapeer's best restaurant Lake Inn located on the lake. You’re just minutes away from putt-putt golf, go-carts, a driving range and downtown Lapeer. Enjoy fishing off the dock and fireworks on the lake during the 4th of July. A fabulous patio to enjoy the gorgeous view while roasting marshmallows in the backyard fire-pit. Relax under the trees while swaying on your hammock, with a drink in your hand. This property has a sandy beach, great for small children. During the colder seasons enjoy Golf of Ice, Softball on Ice, Pond Hockey, Snowmobile Races & Ice Fishing Tournaments.

    Amenities include 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, multiple seating areas, 3 flatscreen TVs, wireless internet, cable, central air for those warm summer nights, ample parking, washer/dryer and much more!

We so enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, comfortable,great parking and was completely stocked with everything you would need while staying away from home. There was a really nice restaurant right down the street,and not far from town. We will definitely recommend this home.

We love staying in this darling property! It’s convenient for us to visit our family and friends in Lapeer and still have quiet times for the 2 of us. We’ve stayed here 3 years in a row! Mike and Cathie are great!

Great stay

Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay. The home was nicely furnished. We got stuck on our boat in the middle of the lake and neighbors came to rescue us and tow our boat back. Thanks for a great stay!

Great property on lake. Attended a family reunion and entertained a few on the back at the lake. Fireworks on the lake were great and a surprise. Lake inn is a nice restaurant. Had a wonderful time.

Fun for the whole family

This home was well equipped. It met every need. The convenience was much appreciated. The kids loved the beach and the water. The dock was perfect to park our boat. The hosts were easy to contact and very gracious. I would love to stay again!

Lapeer Lake House

We had a nice relaxing time visiting family near Lapeer, because we had this wonderful house to return to each evening. It was very clean, the kitchen had new appliances with everything you would need. And for a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Enjoyable days on an active lake

Well-kept property, modern appliances, A/C. Owners were very responsive. No stairs and easy access for our physically impaired relative. Really enjoyable setting out on the patio watching the boats, water skiing, people fishing, and a couple of hot air balloons.

Beautiful home

We expected a cottage. This is a home. It is tastefully decorated. The furniture and beds are all comfortable. You can even enjoy a view of the lake while in the kitchen. The owners were quicky responsive to questions. I highly recommend this property.
