Many guests love having access to the Jacuzzi hot tub all year long! We have a quiet neighborhood and would like for it to remain so. No large parties are allowed.

We have a nice, cozy ranch with entertainment in the basement that is great for families. There is high-speed wifi, pool table, darts, Jacuzzi hot tub, and a large back yard. I can give insight to where to go & what to do as I previously lived in Lansing for over 9 years.

CapitalCityVacay has 4 other locations should this not be available. Please message us and we would be happy to share them with you.

You'll have access to the whole home, except the garage and storage room. There are 2 bathrooms to use & plenty of space for up to 8 people.

Available by cell to answer any questions.

We live in a quiet neighborhood & our home is close to everything! Anything you might need is within 1-2 miles! Our neighbors have lived here for years & we try to respect their space & quietness during late hours.

1 block away from bus routes, 1/2 mile to highway, 1 mile to shopping & downtown nightlife. Uber, bikes, walk, bus... whatever you like.

For more than 6 guests, please let me know in advance. Absolutely no parties of any kind will be allowed.

Clean, very spacious, great layout! Neighborhood was quiet. Backyard had lots of room for activities. Lots of room and things to do for the 5 of us. Lots of stuff nearby to check out. Host was responsive. Everyone has different preferences, but the beds were good. Plenty of extra towels. Lots of dishes to use. We'd stay again.

Great place! It was centrally located with lots of things to do locally as well as a launching pad to visit 3 of the Great Lakes. There were also plenty of things to do on the property itself, like darts, pool table, and Jacuzzi and lots of supplies and helpful owners. Townershave thought of eceruthing.

Perfect little House

We absolutely loved staying at this property. There was plenty of room for my youngest (7 yrs old) to run around out back and we all enjoyed the pool table and darts! This property was super close to MSU, which is where we needed to be daily for a competition my daughter was in. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns. I would definitely stay here again.

Private, Spacious, and Close to Everything

A group of friends met up here to see a Lansing Lugnuts game and we were blown away by this property. There is a ton of space, especially considering that with a group of six it was far cheaper than any hotel option in the area. We were also very thankful for the simplicity - there are clear labels throughout the home explaining how everything works and how to close up your stay. We are incredibly lucky to have found this place and would happily return!

The street is rough shape, and it’s an older house with cheaper updates. Had a musty smell, needed a dehumidifier in basement. Beds were comfortable and the shower is nice. Was conveniently located close to MSU
