"This was a very convenient process, everything was already taken care of when we arrived, and Xiang was very thorough with all requirements and was very communicative throughout the stay. I cannot say anything negative about the experience. If you’re moving to the area to work, this is a good place to get settled. The neighborhood is also very appealing."

"Internet worked great. Everything was clean and as described in listing. Daniel was prompt with answering questions. Please note this is a basement and the ceilings are somewhat low. It was not a problem for us, but if you're over 6'2" it might be an issue."

"Although the house was beautiful and very clean, the check-in experience was extremely frustrating. The host delayed providing the entry code well past check-in time and refused to release it even after payment was completed. While security cameras are understandable, the extent of surveillance was not properly disclosed. The host repeatedly questioned whether we would be having a party simply because the booking was on New Year’s, which appeared to influence the refusal to provide access. This...
