"Do not book here. I don’t know where the 4stars came from but that’s a lie. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean this room. Toilets, shower, the floors everything was disgusting. Everything in the area was booked for a festival and I traveled from out of state and was stuck. I showed the employee the dirty toilets and nothing was done to fix the problem. "This place was terrible. Smelled of mildew EVERYWHERE, musty, room was not clean when we got in, under the sink were previous guests towels, food in fridge. No way this place was just renovated. Breakfast was not as advertised at all."

"It was absolutely horrible. I killed so many roaches in that room. Disgusting. I reported it but they just said “ok, thank you”. One ice machine for the entire property and it was broken. My room door had been previously kicked in and a terrible repair had been made to it. Brown water can out of the tub faucet and that’s why there is a nasty brown stain in the tub. Several residents have wrecked, junk cars on the lot. I could go on. Totally unacceptable."

"The room and facilities were clean and well-kept since this is a newer building. Check-in took over 15 minutes since there was only one staff member at the front desk and she was on the phone for an extended period of time. There were only two bath towels and two washcloths, but no hand towels. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable for us."

"The main reason I chose this hotel was the use of the outdoor swimming pool. We stayed at the hotel for a week and were not able to use the pool even once. While the pool was cleaned right in front of our eyes, the water in the pool was murky. We were afraid to catch something. The rooms are welcoming and clean. The only issue we had was with the quality of the mattress, but this may be due to an aging back. The elevator was also painfully slow.
