"Parking is good we didn’t have a drink in the bar. We have stayed here many times over the years but it has gone downhill. Poor maintenance in the bathroom… no hot water for a shower or a wash! Went to breakfast and was told we had to be finished within half an hour… people on the next table… the waitress actually asked them to leave!! "We stay several times a year when visiting locally to see family. Always a warm welcome by the staff even when arriving late in the evening. The rooms are clean and simple, perfect for a few nights break when we just need to sleep and are out all day. Breakfast is a buffet help your self with a range of cooked food, cereals and pastries and fruit available. Even got porridge! Thanks for another lovely stay. "

"Extensive mould in the bedroom. Very dated decor in room and the taps were broken. Lots of cobwebs. Wedding on and the music played till 00.30 very loud, so couldn't sleep at all. A memorable stay for the wrong reasons"

"A gem of a BnB. From the warm friendly and welcoming greeting on arrival, through to the wonderful tasty breakfast in the morning. We only stayed one night, but were made to feel so at home. The rooms and amenities were lovely and clean, with well considered playful decor. The bed was also really comfortable. The full breakfast was a beast a bit much for us but you could pick what you wanted so we went with just bacon, sausage and eggs with toast. It was cooked perfectly and the ingredients...
