  • The apartment, classified 3 *, is on the ground floor of a 2-unit villa, located in front of the Château beach in Kersaint, a village located in the commune of Landunvez. With a living area of 70 m², it can accommodate a maximum of 4 people in 2 bedrooms.
    The beach is 30 meters away: at the end of the garden, you just have to cross a small road.
    The accommodation includes:
    - A kitchen opened by a large bay window overlooking the south-facing terrace: dishwasher, sink, ceramic hob with 4 fireplaces, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, kettle, grill- bread, dishes and complete equipment for cooking.
    - A living room: dining room with an exterior glass door and 2 windows facing east onto the garden, a large table with 6 chairs and a large sideboard, a radio CD player; living room with a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a flat screen TV, a satellite decoder (Fransat) and a DVD player.
    - A bedroom with a window, equipped with a double bed 160x200, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers
    - A bedroom with a window, equipped with two 90x190 single beds, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers
    - A bathroom with multi-jet shower, a cabinet with sink, a cabinet, an electric towel dryer and a hair dryer
    - A laundry room with window, equipped with a washer-dryer
    - A separate toilet.
    Each room is equipped with one or more electric heaters.
    Hot water is produced by an electric cumulus.
    In the kitchen cupboard: broom, vacuum cleaner and ironing board with iron.
    Linen is provided: duvet covers, covers and pillowcases for bedding, table mats, tea towel (towels to bring)
    Outside :
    - A wooden terrace with a large resin and metal table and 6 resin chairs, and an outdoor shower (cold water)
    - Weber charcoal barbecue
    - A closed landscaped garden with rolling barrier; this garden communicates through a small opening with the garden of the upper accommodation
    - Private parking for one car
    Beach accessories are stored in the large kitchen cupboard.

Entspannung direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für den Urlaub braucht, sehr nette Gastgeber, top Lage mit dem Strand direkt vor dem Haus (waren jeden Tag im Meer), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sehr schöne Spaziergänge oder Radtouren an der malerischen Küste direkt vom Haus aus möglich - was will man mehr? Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.

Très bon séjour

La location était conforme à l'annonce. L'accueil par les propriétaires a été extrêmement chaleureux. De bons conseils nous ont été donnés pour visiter la région.Cette partie de Bretagne de toute beauté reste sauvage et préservée. Lieu de départ de nombreuses excursions sur le GR34. Beaucoup de sites à visiter aux alentours.Je recommande.

Schöner Urlaub direkt am Strand in der Bretagne

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand einer ruhigen, flachen Bucht. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite, gleichzeitig zurückhaltende Vermieter im Haus, mit tollen Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Wunderschöne Landschaft - perfekt für einen Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Merci beaucoup à Claudie et Eric!

Eine Woche an grandioser Küste

Wir haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre Nähe zum Strand. Wir simd oft geschwommen, waren mit dem Fahrad in der näheren Umgebung unterwegs und mit dem Auto auch in Brest, im Oceanopolis. und in Le Conquet für eine Bootstour. Insgesamt eine Woche voller schöner Erlebnisse

Wunderbare Lage und tolle Vermieter

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Umgebung an einem wunderbaren Sandstrand. Es können schöne Velortouren und Wanderungen gemacht werden. Die Wohnung erfüllte alle unseren Erwartungen. Claudie und Erik sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen Einrichtungsgegenstände waren vorhanden zum Teil mehrfach, auf jeden Fall in mehr als ausreichender Anzahl. Das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, direkter Zugang zum Strand ist gegeben, sehr ruhig obwohl sie an der Straße liegt. Leider gibt es wohl ein kleines Problem mit Feuchtigkeit, in den Schlafräumen roch es nach Schimmel, was auch durch intensives Lüften nicht komplett in den Griff zu bekommen war.

Idéal pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette belle location. L’appartement est très bien, chacun avait ses espaces (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants). Dans l’appartement il y a tout le nécessaire, il est très bien équipé. Accueil et communication parfaites. Emplacement idéal pour visiter les alentours, les îles et les plages.

Großartige Unterkunft

Wir waren (leider nur) eine Woche in Landunvez. Eine großartige Woche. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich, sind außerordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagieren sofort auf Anfragen. Die Lage unmittelbar am Strand ist herausragend (auch wenn das Schwimmen dort untersagt ist - woran sich Einheimische kaum stören … das Wasser ist aber eh kalt). Die Straße vor dem Haus ist wenig befahren, so ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Ideal für die Erholung. Sie bietet reichlich Platz auch für vier Personen. Ausstattungstechnisch bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Erholung pur in perfekter Umgebung

Sehr gemütliche, mit viel Liebe eingerichtete und ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Hervorragende Lage: Nur die Uferstraße trennt das zur Wohnung gehörende Gartengrundstück (mit großer Terrasse) von der flachen, sandigen Bucht. Vielfältige Aktivitäten sind in näherer und weiterer Umgebung möglich. Die Eigentümer sind außerordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder, Weiterempfehlung garantiert.

Excellent location, superb host

This locations is very tidy and clean, very quiet and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment is located at a smart place, not only next to a nice beach but for in between perfect kite and surf spots within reasonable distance to drive. Also worth to mention GR34 is very close-by and scenic walks start directly from the house. Best of all is the host, a extremely friendly couple with perfect local insider hints and tips. A clear recomendation!

Family Holiday

Our stay at Erics and Claudies appartment was very nice. Both are very kind people and were always eager to help with information, travel tipps or anything else. We enjoyed the good location from which you can explore the surroundings and some smaller beaches by foot or you can reach other nice places easily with the car within a couple of minutes.

Great rental!

The location is amazing: right on a huge sandy beach in a beautiful area full of family activities. The home is perfect for a family of 3 or 4 and has everything you need (the kitchen is great!), the owners even thought of beach chairs and toys! The bedding is comfortable and the home is bright and airy. There is a large grocery store 10 min. away, and walking trails all along the shore, passing right in front of the house. Lastly, the home is quiet and the beach uncrowded. Everything is as described on the listing and we definitely want to come back.
