"Great location with free parking. Property was modern, clean, warm and had a well stocked kitchen. Washing machine and dryer is a big plus. There was a lack of places to hang clothes (we lived out of a suitcase so it don’t matter to us). A couple of light fittings were hanging off the ceiling (kitchen and bedroom) All minor issues, would highly recommend this property!"

"Just waking up to a fantastic breakfast is well worth the price for a nights stay. It is loaded with great options for everyone’s taste. The hotel staff are knowledgeable, courteous and just great people. The hotel is located centrally and walking distanceto everything you need. Including all tour buses that stop right around the hotel. It also has a rooftop sitting area to which you can enjoy the warmer weather with a great viewers of the city.We highly recommend this hotel."

"El menú del desayuno bueno, el hotel en general bueno, el problema es que solicitamos la limpieza del cuarto que solo que lo pidas lo hacen, pero no lo hicieron, solo dejaron las toallas limpias sobre las camas, lo mas grave es que se le mostraron fotos al gerente del tiradero del cuarto y al mostrarle una foto de una cucaracha, dijo que era una mancha natural de la madera tachandonos de mentirosos eso es lo grave. De lo bueno es que mandamos a lavar ropa y mancharon una camisa, no nos cobraron...

"Fabulous hotel with fantastic staff - especially the lady who welcomes you to breakfast, ask her anything, if she doesn’t know ( which she probably does) she will find out. Food was great and there is a popular bakery attatched - do try the amazing donuts! Location was perfect, harbour across the road, town a 5 minute walk away with most attractions walkable or a short taxi ride away. "

"The whole experience with the place stood out. First, it’s conveniently located to places where we want to venture.Free parking also was the reason why we chose to stay here. It’s clean, spacious for the 5 of us. It feels homy, The rooms are big enough, beds are comfy, we used the kitchen to help us with our budget. We would definitely come back and stay here again given the chance. The instructions for self check-in was easy. Thank you."

"The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it was clean. Beyond that, it felt outdated compared with other hotels in the same area. What disappointed me most was learning that the restaurant has been closed for years. This was not disclosed in advance. There was also no bar, which was frustrating, especially when other nearby hotels clearly offered those amenities. As a result, this hotel felt like nothing more than a clean place to sleep. "Good value, clean warm room in the heart of Reykjavík. Check in was painless and we managed to get an early check in. It is not fancy but it does meet your needs. The big positive for this property is location, very near all the main areas for restaurants and bars but tucked out the way to be quiet. I would come back here if we come to Reykjavík again. "
