"The room was perfect - really clean, huge double bed and bathroom with a bath - such a rarity these days to find hotels with a bath. It was very comfortable. The staff were lovely and the whole process of booking, checking in and out was great. I was a bit worried when I was told that the car park was first-come, first-served as there are limited spaces but actually it was fine and the free parking was a blessing. Would definitely stay here again. x"

"What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. "Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay "
