"We came to Hamburg from Arizona to visit my fiance's sister that he hadn't seen in almost 10 years and this apartment was perfect. The host was wonderful and gave us excellent instructions on how to get checked in a few days before our trip and made the process super easy. "We had a great weekend for our family. Our host was SUPER responsive to our questions; checked in with us when we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything; and followed up after we left. "We loved the location! It was close to everything. The house was clean but lacked sufficient hand soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms. Not the end of the world as we took a trip to Wegmans, just 3 miles away! The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were comfortable. The neighbors were pleasant and the neighborhood was quiet. "We came to town to watch the Bills and Sabres play. The property was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. We never seen a bbq grill that we had access to per amenities listed and the washing machine is in the stairway connected to the upstairs apartment. But overall, it was a pretty good experience. "

"Had a pleasant 2-night stay here! We loved how clean and organized the house was - even the cupboards and fridge. The bed was very cozy although quite firm. The view of the lake and sunset, and proximity to the park beach is great. Polly is very accommodating and includes delicious teas and coffees with your stay."
