Didn't even stay the whole night, ended up leaving after a few hours, would've asked for a refund but there was a sign at the desk saying "no refunds" yeah, I wonder why. Place wouldn't make any money if they refunded everyone who saw how nasty the place was."

Breakfast spot doesn’t open til 7:00 and the surfaces in our room like sinks and floors seemed like they were just not scrub clean. I could visibly see the soap scum caked in the sink basins. Thankfully, the hotel accommodated us by keeping us in the same two rooms the following night, which saved us from having to pack up and move again. Breakfast was excellent and absolutely worth the cost. The rooms were spacious, and we especially enjoyed spending time relaxing in the lobby—particularly during a major snowstorm, which made the experience even more memorable."
