This property is a great alternative to a hotel room as it provides similar amenities with the added comfort and convenience of a well appointed kitchenette and lounge space. Property was clean and conveniently located. It was not a problem for us, but should note that the second story location and proximity to the courthouse means that street traffic/noise, as well as hourly chimes from nearby church, may affect light sleepers. Peter was a great host and we will definitely stay there again!

The apartment is in a nice location. Very close to local bakery and coffee. Parking is a little cumbersome. Parking garage is half a block from apartment. My wife and I arrived around 9pm and we felt a little uncomfortable hauling all our luggage and trying to get into the apartment in the dark. The door to the apartment was damaged around the bolt lock. Owner told me that maintenance had to break in due to malfunction of the original lock. Overall the apartment is pretty nice. We just didn’t have the best experience.
