Finding/entering RV well described/easy. Be aware this is a small & specialized accommodation. If you've never stayed in an RV before, this may come as a shock to you. RV is very clean, a little worn-in here & there but truly well taken care of & comfortable. Take time to get familiar with everything, especially before it gets dark and cold (in the winter.) Not a lot of kitchen accessories. Bathroom very small. As noted in other reviews, the windows are mostly covered with a silver bubble wrap insulation, blocking light from entering. This is probably essential in the summer months with the desert heat but can feel a bit oppressive in the winter. There are lots of built-in lighting options, some strong & others more mood lighting; be sure to take time to find the switches. Furniture was comfy. The sofa is good for lounging on (not really big enough to snooze on.) A small swiveling recliner& a table with four chairs all in good condition. The double bed in the bedroom was fine. The property is sort of between a business section with shops & a residential neighborhood with rows of houses & sidewalks. There are farm animals nearby. Roosters can be heard in the distance & currently a horse & pony live on an adjacent lot. The odor is not overpowering but does waft by in the breeze when outside sometimes. It’s pleasant to have some space around the RV instead of a view of houses. Not any outside furniture to sit on.
