    Welcome to this fully renovated home, located in the heart of Lancaster City! With 3 bedrooms, a full (& stocked) kitchen, & plenty of space for relaxing, this is an ideal home for a romantic getaway or a longer stay for your family and friends. We are also nurse and traveler friendly! It's incredibly walkable (5-10 mins) to all things Lanc, including Central Market, Franklin & Marshall College, & many amazing restaurants. Really experience the joy of Lancaster city living here!

    The Space:
    Please note that the hardwood floors are 100+ year old refinished, original hardwoods. Floors may not be 100% smooth, so slippers/socks may be a comfy option.

Immaculately kept with plenty of room. The only issue for some might be sharing the second floor bathroom among two bedrooms. An excellent home base for a family or large group to explore Lancaster - one of the most walkable communities this side of Ann Arbor. The nearby grocery store, dialed in on local growers, makes feeding the masses a lot easier, and that's if you don't want to try the wide variety of nearby restaurants. And, you really do. Parking was easy on-street making exploring the wider area quite easy.

We have now stayed at a few VRBOs in Lancaster but this gem was by far, my favourite! Amazing location, clean, warm, and very well maintained!

We have stayed at several locations in Lancaster over the past few years and this was probably our favorite. Great house and great location. Small glitch with the heat when we arrived but hosts were incredibly responsive. Would definitely book again.

Townhouse was in an excellent location. It was very clean and had everything w e needed for our 2 night stay. Our 2 dogs were with us so the small fenced in yard and park behind was very appreciated.

Spotless, tasteful and perfect location

Really enjoyed our stay in this house. Was perfect for our family to visit with our dog. Really convenient location equidistant between F&M and downtown. We will be back for sure.

This property was perfect for us and our dog during the time we attended the Lancaster Archery Classic. We loved the master bath amenities. We found the parking to be easy, and we really enjoyed walking down the street to have drinks and a nice dinner at a nearby boutique hotel.

This was our 4th time staying at The Manor on Mulberry. The house meets our needs. Clean and well appointed. This stay we were greeted with new floors and furniture on the main floor. Justin has answered my requests and this property has been our home away from home when we are visiting our family in Lancaster. When we stay with our dog, we love the park around the corner. We walked to the Central Market and found the neighborhood full of great restaurants and coffee shops.
