"The house is, technically, as described but there are a few design issues that made it hard to use. The ladder, which is needed to access the loft, blocks the bathroom door. So if you have it in place for climbing, it has to be moved to open the loo door, then moved back to climb back up again. We have stayed in tiny houses before and found them easier to maneuver around. Which would be fine but at this price it should be somewhat more comfy. Caveat Emptor"

"We had a wonderful stay here. Paul and Heidi were very kind and accommodating. A beautiful property right up against the Northumberland Strait, which we enjoyed kayaking in. The cottage was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views."

"My family had a wonderful week in Nova Scotia. The beach house had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. We started each day with quiet walks on the beach, looking for treasure and soaking in the calm. The private beach was a dream — we spent our evenings watching the sunset and our nights under a sky full of stars. My daughters, who range in age from 14 to 25, had such a great time swimming and sunbathing. The upper deck was our go-to spot for coffee, reading, and taking in the...

"Southside Harbour Vacations Apartment was a lovely little gem along the Antigonish Harbour. We loved the apartment! It’s a spacious layout with beautiful decor. It was meticulously clean. John and Kathryn were very friendly hosts, they shared lots of information about the area’s highlights and accommodated us with kayaks and a lobster steamer. The host was available for any questions - thank you so much John and Kathryn -PS-it was a pleasure to meet your children- "

"This is a lovely getaway. We really appreciated the various thoughtful touches. We found the strongly scented products used set off our allergies quite badly. Perhaps unscented products in the future. A wonderful place. We hope to return!!"

"The house was a little tricky to find but once we did we did not want to leave! It is isolated in the best ways and the beach access is incredible. The house itself was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The amenities were also a great touch. We can’t wait to come back again hopefully soon!"
